Everything was great: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room: simple & stylish. Good & varied breakfast. Excellent value for money. We were a bit cold in the room (even with A.C. at 25C!). Simply ask for an extra blanket. |

The hotel ir very very stylish and very comfortable. Stuff was friendly. The stylish tea-corner is an excellent idea. The perfect location is very useful as well. The cleaner was a bit forgetful - we regularly found some clearings accessories in our room. |

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was also adequate, and a very good deal included in the hotel price. The location was brilliant, we couldn't ask for more. Centrally located, the tube station was only a couple of minutes walk away from the hotel, and access to many attractions were of walkable distance. Although the room was cleaned everyday, not all the toiletries were replaced daily. We stayed for four days, and during that time, they did not give us more toilet paper until we requested it on the third night when we ran out, and the shampoo/shower gel was only replaced once (third night). Also, the cleaners took away the bathrobes everytime it was used, but it was never replaced. |

Stadig påfyll av fersk frukt. Utrolig lekkert badeværelse. Høy standard på alt. Perfekt beliggenhet både i forhold til restauranter og offentlig kommunikasjon. Det er fortsatt mulig å få til mer komfortable senger (dvs. madrasser). |

La décoration mêlant contemporain et ancien, l'élégance des lieux, le personnel serviable et avenant, l'emplacement central facilitant visites et balades, la petite piscine très calme pour se délasser, la vue depuis la chambre avec petits balcons. La liste est interminable car c'est un excellent hôtel !!! Climatisation bruyante dans la chambre d'autant que l'avenue est très passagère. |

La comodità dell'Hotel, veramente in centro di Lisbona. L'atmosfera tranquilla, grazie anche al numero contenuto delle camere. Gli ottimi materassi. Grandi spazi nella camera e nel bagno. La pulizia del bagno non impeccabile al nostro arrivo. Aria condizionata troppo forte durante la colazione. |

Posizione centralissima, proprio nel cuore di Lisbona. Camere spettacolarmente belle, ampie, molto curate e dotate di ogni confort. Colazione semplicemente deliziosa ed abbondante. Credo che questo hotel sia tranquillamente equiparabile ad un buon 5 stelle. |
