So many things to like about Heritage Av Liberdade - the location is sensational and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Breakfasts are delicious, the staff is helpful, and our room #40, was airy, comfortable and offered a lovely view onto the grand avenue. We will return for sure and thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The lighting in our large room (#40) was far from inviting when the sun started to set and into the evening/nighttime. Around the bed was fine, but the ambiance in the room overall had far to be desired. There was no way we wanted to sit on our leather sofa . . . a waste of furniture and space. When we wanted to sit in the room for a Porto or glass of wine, we felt like we were in the lobby of a theater . . . and it would be so great to have a hot water machine for tea and coffee in the morning . . .

This hotel is amazing! The decor is beautiful, the staff is super super friendly and helpful and the location is unbelievable!! I have stayed in a number of hotels in Lisbon and this one is by far the best!!!

You can feel that nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff. Very high level of quality of services. Plus - location right at the Av. Liberdade, very nice room, quite small but - due to the floor to ceiling windows - full of light. Superb hotel for a few days in Lisbon.

O hotel é super acolhedor. O pessoal é muito eficiente, cuidadoso e prestativo. O quarto em que ficamos era amplo, bonito e muito confortável. Trata-se de uma construção antiga, totalmente restaurada e modernizada por meio de um projeto que lhe conservou a identidade, agregando mais conforto e tornando-o, internamente, muito elegante. Além de tudo isso ainda tem a localização que não poderia ser melhor. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Personnel très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et très professionnel. Petit Déjeuner excellent. Chambre bien décorée et très déco. Hôtel idéalement situé à + / - 10 m des principaux quartiers de Lisbonne (Alfama, Baro, Baixa, ...). Je recommande sans problème ce très bel endroit. Un peu le bruit de l'avenue Liberdade, mais on est en plein centre ville.

Nous sommes des habitués de cet établissement. Notre première expérience à Lisboa le fût en leur hôtel frère As Janelas Verde... malheureusement trop excentré. Heritage est parfaitement situé sur Av da Liberdade, proche des quartiers les plus sympas de Lisbonne. Tout est accessible à pied, le métro est juste à côté. L'ambiance est reposante, chaleureuse. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le personnel est super et le PDJ bien que simple très agréable. A recommander... c'est notre 4è visite...

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié que le personnel parle français et qu'il soit très accueillant. L'hôtel est particulièrement chaleureux avec un décor cosy, les chambres ont de hauts plafonds ce qui donne une impression d'espace en plus. La petite piscine permet de se détendre àprès avoir marché toute la journée. La situation géographique permet de se déplacer à pied vers l'hyper centre. L'insonorisation intérieure n'est pas extra.

Este hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada esta cerca a todo . Los cuartos son amplios y espaciosos ,limpios. Fue muchisisimo mejor de lo que nos esperabamos nadie nos lo recomendo pero ahora estoy segura que hicimos la mejor elección. La atención muy buena especialmente las recomendaciones del conserje.
