Heritage Av Liberdade  

A fantastic hotel at the bottom of the Avenida Liberdade a short walk from the centre and an excellent base for exploring Lisbon. The friendly staff could not do enough to help and the room and hotel facilities were perfect for a city break.

The location of this hotel could not have been better and made getting around Lisbon very easy. The room was lovely, the bathroom spacious and very clean, and the wifi was never-failing.

As much as I would like to say our stay went without incident, we were locked out of our room when we left the hotel. Having to go up to our room, try the keycard, have it not work, go back to the lobby, wait for the desk clerk, explain that it didn't work, have him try to find out why, scan us new keycards, ... really? I know you can do better than that. We PREPAID the room, after all. The first time, it was annoying, but it happened again the next day and we were in a hurry to get to the airport bus. I was sure we would be double billed for the room, but thankfully something in the system sorted it out when we left.

So many things to like about Heritage Av Liberdade - the location is sensational and I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Breakfasts are delicious, the staff is helpful, and our room #40, was airy, comfortable and offered a lovely view onto the grand avenue. We will return for sure and thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The lighting in our large room (#40) was far from inviting when the sun started to set and into the evening/nighttime. Around the bed was fine, but the ambiance in the room overall had far to be desired. There was no way we wanted to sit on our leather sofa . . . a waste of furniture and space. When we wanted to sit in the room for a Porto or glass of wine, we felt like we were in the lobby of a theater . . . and it would be so great to have a hot water machine for tea and coffee in the morning . . .

Excellent value for well-located hotel. Rooms comfortable and in goog design. Staff friendly. Good breakfast and port after dinner is a nice touch.

This hotel is amazing! The decor is beautiful, the staff is super super friendly and helpful and the location is unbelievable!! I have stayed in a number of hotels in Lisbon and this one is by far the best!!!

The rooms are wonderful, bathrooms beautiful. All high ceilings, big windows. Great location. Staff very friendly.

Falta un pequeño restaurante o servicio de comida para cenas rapidas sobretodo para los que tenemos niños y salir a cenar es mas complicado.

Nous sommes des habitués de cet établissement. Notre première expérience à Lisboa le fût en leur hôtel frère As Janelas Verde... malheureusement trop excentré. Heritage est parfaitement situé sur Av da Liberdade, proche des quartiers les plus sympas de Lisbonne. Tout est accessible à pied, le métro est juste à côté. L'ambiance est reposante, chaleureuse. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, le personnel est super et le PDJ bien que simple très agréable. A recommander... c'est notre 4è visite...

La localisation, le petit dejeuner, la magnifique chambre, l'acceuil
