Pleasant and helpful welcome. Porter help to get luggage to room. Very comfortable room with all facilities. Spacious and speedy lifts between all floors. Many facilities for relaxing. |

Nice surroundings , very comfortable , great swimming pools and facilities . Really nice spa treatments . Very relaxing overall. Breakfast was a bit of a hassle , had to queue into dining area every morning . Also alhough i expect bar /restaurant prices etc to be higher in a hotel of this calibar I did feel the bar food at the pool was too expensive at lunch time. |

The beach club is great as well as the spa.The staff working at the beach club was extremely nice. They should add some additional shuttle runs to be able to stay at the beach until later than 6.10pm. |

Clean, spacious, well-appointed rooms. Fantastic SPA. Location is OK, there is parking and a shuttle to the beach. Several pools, towel service both at pools and beach concession. Restaurants just average. Family oriented resort, facilities shared with residential area (Hilton Vacation Club), lots of children, even in the no-children pool.Packed at this time of the year. |

The hotel was safe and clean. Beds were comfortable. This hotel does not deserve it's rating. The staff, while well intended, are service oriented. We had several simple requests that were only met after much discussion. We will not stay at this hotel again and can not recommend it. |

THe hotel was just as lovely as the photos suggested and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The Spa was fabulous and a very welcome retreat after long walks on the endless beaches. |

Excelente comodidade dos quartos. Pormenor da banheira com parede em vidro muito original, proporciona ao casal um ambiente muito exótico. Próximidade com o SPA. Acesso ao centro de Vilamoura pelo comboio turístico (passeio muito agradável). Num hotel deste nível não se percebe o porquê das filas de espera para sentar os hóspedes ao pequeno-almoço. Estivemos hospedados num período de época baixa, o que me leva a crer que em períodos de época alta deve se tornar ainda mais gritante esta lacuna que o hotel tem. A sala é demasiado tem dimensões demasiado pequenas para a quantidade de hóspedes. |
