Hilton Vilamoura  

Beautiful facility in the lovely, sunny Algarve. Staff were very helpful. Hotel a sparkling gem on the seaside. Great restaurants. A perfect vacation spot.

I stayed here at the Hilton for my sisters wedding, it was absolutely beautiful place to stay, i couldnt fault anything from start to finish, it was a very pleasurable experience to stay in such luxury and the staff were excellent in every way imaginable, they couldnt do enough for us. The food was also beautiful on the wedding day, the ;ayout for the breakfast was also faboulos, also he staff in the moring were very accomodating, all over an excellent stay and i hope to visit again in the near future.

Absolutely wonderful from staff to food to room to pool to taxi service- I could go all day, It's just the simplest things that make you want to book again and again like opening a door for you was just one of the courtesies...it just makes you feel that little bit special. This is the one hotel that alot of hotels should learn from. They even had reserved beds for the Hilton on the beach and you need not bring any towels as they provide all this, along with driving you there too(free of charge). It was just spectacular and I would certainly be looking out for Hilton hotels in future if this is the service they provide elsewhere.

You would have to be crackers if you found something you didn't like about this hotel!!

we really enjoyed the spa, we spent an afternoon in the hydro pools and saunas it was well worth the 15 euros. staff were excellent and very friendly nothing was to much trouble . the hotel and pools were lovely and clean all the time .

getting overcharged a few times for the bottle water. it did get sorted when i pointed it out.

The location was lovely, quite area not too far from the beach - hourly free shuttle bus to and from the beach (walk into town from beach is 10/15 mins along the beach) The food was very good and 5 star breakfast buffet. Paradise Island is very good also, hoverer prices are a little expensive. Excellent gold on site.

The laundry service is far too expensive! No pool service- expected at a 5 star hotel. Staff not always willing to help. Hotel is not suitable for under 2'S. Swimming pools too cold for children. Private childcare service is excellent but again very expensive - minimum is 2 hours at 32 euros. General lack of information on what there is to do at the hotel, we discovered many things in the last few days of our stay.

can be difficult to navagate to/from hotel, roads all look the same.

The hotel is luxury. The breakfast is lovely with a wide variety of foods. The hotel is very modern and very new.

Some of hotel staff were not as friendly as others.

i would prefer if the spa was free of charge for the hotel guests

Boa qualidade geral dos quartos, embora não muito espaçosos.

O design do pátio interior é completamente fantasista e aproxima-se de uma Disneyland para adultos

Très bon accueil, très belle chambre pour un rapport qualité prix extraordinaire (en janvier).

Un peu loin de tout pour les restaurants quand ceux de l'hôtel sauf le bar sont fermés.
