Attractive. comfortable rooms. Manager responded immediately to TV problem in room and offered alternative. No airport free shuttle. Early breakfast was promised but unavailable at requested time. |

Having just experienced bad flight delays, I arrived at hotel quite late. The staff were very efficient, and I appreciated the modern facilities available in my room. Also a good breakfast was supplied, excellent coffee. |

Sparkling building, clean and spacious rooms, parking is free on site, very close to the airport -- couldn't be any closer! Breakfast was fine. No restaurant but there are two nice cafes just 2 blocks down the street, shuttle service to the airport 5 euros per person. |

The indicated adress prior velho (lisbon) is not correct. The pnd cannot find it. Correct is prior velho(loures) as it was also confirmed by the hotel staff. This costed me 1,5 hrs of time and the pay of a taxi driver to show me the road. |

When checking in, the receptionist tried to make us pay a different rate that was confirmed at the time of the reservation. Due to the printed document, we maneged to get the room for the price we had booked it. Breakfast for early check out was bad and the bread was old, which hasnt been the case in other early check out hotels where we have stayed. Htl location was also not that good... |

The location of the hotel with on-site parking is very convenient for air travellers who have to catch early flights. The hotel is well kept, it is rather new, and our room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My wife and I both agreed that it was very good. |

The staff was very helpful when I arrived late and had lost my luggage. The hotel is new and very modern and comfortable. It is close to the airport which is why I chose it. It would be nice if there were eventually a restaurant serving all meals, although the continental breakfast was excellent. The location is good its closeness to the airport but is not central for shopping etc. |

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the airport was just what I needed after a long flight. The time for breakfast 07h00 is too late if you have to catch a flight early. A cup of coffee at 6am would have made my day. |
