Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Airport

このホテルは空港とレンタカーの営業所に近いと言う理由で選びました。「とにかく寝られればいい」、くらい- のつもりでしたが、大正解でした。スタッフはとても感じがよく、部屋は広くて清潔でした。真夜中に到着して- 朝早く出発してしまったのがもったいないくらいでした。

開業まもなくて知名度がなく、タクシードライバーが２回とも知らず、道に迷った。

The staff was very helpful when I arrived late and had lost my luggage. The hotel is new and very modern and comfortable. It is close to the airport which is why I chose it.

It would be nice if there were eventually a restaurant serving all meals, although the continental breakfast was excellent. The location is good its closeness to the airport but is not central for shopping etc.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the airport was just what I needed after a long flight.

The time for breakfast 07h00 is too late if you have to catch a flight early. A cup of coffee at 6am would have made my day.

location, dont expect a nice area to stoll around, further: transportation to-from the airport should be reviewed as taxi charges are too high for this very short ride

I found the hotel very handy for the airport. The room and facilities were very good

I had told the evening staf we were leaving before breakfast as we were due catch a plane. I was told they would prepare a breakfast pack for us and to ask in the morning. When I went down the next morning, the day staff had not been notified and we had to make do with an apple. My wife had an 18 hour journey in front of her!! It seemed the left had was out of sinc with the right.

Location is bit ridiculous. The name of the hotel is "...Airport", but it locates in industry area a few miles away from airport and is difficult to find.

No restaurant in the hotel which would be beneficial. Limited rolls/cakes available and limited supplies of tea/coffee in room.

Staff were courteous and gave excellent directions and help with bus routes into city. Excellent early breakfast.

The hotel is brand new so there were no "Tatty" areas everything about the hotel was pristine. Value for mony was exceptional and the room standard very high. There was no sense of cost cutting in the provision of excellent bedding or decor despite the hotel's budget pricing. The bathroom was most functional and contained a bath as well as a shower as oposed to shower only. The dark blue night lighting in the bathroom was novel and somehow enhanced the feeling of quality. The arrival / parking area was well laid out and the gardens pleasant. Foyer ditto. Reception staff excellent and most helpful. The hotel was very quiet and most comfortable. All in all an excellent choice, we would most certainly stay there again.

The area surrounding the hotel is in an industrial area with many broken- down / derilict warehouses and offices around it. The hotel is only accessable by taxi and there is nowhere (restaurants bars cafe's parks other hotels) to walk to.The hotel is within 500 meters of a 3 lane highway on one side and a smaller busy local road on the other, however the noise levels were quite acceptable as the double glazing system worked very well. We did not like the very clinical / minimalist breakfast room, it was too stark and not at all welcoming. Too much chrome and white surfaces and the chairs very heavy to lift in and out from under the table. The food standard and selection provided, just about ok.
