The continental brakfast was all right and the hotel staff was professional enough. The hotel is located closed to the high way that can take you into Porto, the major city nearby. The is a big shopping mall nearby, where you can have your meals. We are a family with two children of 10 and 6. We reserved a family room and were warned it had a double bed and a sofa bed. But the sofa bed was to tiny for two children to sleep. I tried to solve the problem with the management which refused to collaborate. The hotel did not follow one of their logos: "If you are unhappy with our service you will not pay for that night". I wrote a complaint in the Complaining Book and will also complain to Holiday Inn Express Headquarters. |

The bed was the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Portugal. The rooms were small but adequate and very clean. The hotel staff was willing to assist us 24/7; they helped with directions, 3 a.m. coffee and anything else we requested - they did it all with a smile. I've read that some people were complaining about the cost of a taxi to the airport - I felt the cost was reasonable. The hotel had a taxi waiting for us at 5 a.m. - that was better service than we received at a "4 star" hotel in Lisbon. We had only positive experiences at this hotel. |

The rooms and the breakfast. Easy to park. We were recommended to go to the port for the fish restaurants where we were totally ripped off. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Situation ideal for our purpose of dropping people off at airport for an early morning flight. Breakfast was disappointing- in a country where natural fruit juices are cheap and coffee is excellent there is no excuse for synthetic juice and machine coffee. |

My room was quiet and the breakfast was satisfying The taxi ride was quite expensive as I was led to believe there was a courtesy coach to/from the hotel to the airport. There is a good public bus service but that is not mentioned on the website I visited. |

comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms though we had booked as large familly and the hotel had ajoining rooms they refused to let us have to adjoining rooms and as we had an early flight we left before 7 am breakfast and no alternative was provided |

The staff are very helpful, it is quiet, clean and close to the airport. No restaurants within easy walking distance. Only pizza available for delivery to room. |

It is very convenient for the airport. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and spoke excellent English. No restaurant on site or within walking distance. The shuttle service advertised on the web site is actually a taxi for approx 14 euros! |

The hotel is in a very good position for access to the motorway and also for the very good sports stadium. The hotel staff were excellent. There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel in itself but, we arrived at night and drove past the hotel 3 times as there were no illuminated signs to say it was the hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and my children enjoyed the breakfast staff dressed in their pyjamas and fluffy slippers! The room was very comfortable and clean, and just the right temperature. We had a lovely breakfast and, overall, found this a very good hotel for a short break. Would definitely recommend it to family, friends and associates. Could not fault it. |

- Excelente limpeza do quarto, a boa dimensão da cama e a qualidade do colchão. Hotel silencioso e calmo. O sofá no quarto e o acesso a vários canais de TV. - Quarto ligeiramente pequeno e, caso se deseje, o parqueamento do carro ser 6 euros por dia. |
