Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm dank des Schwimmbades auf dem Hoteldach. Was fehlte, waren die Informationen zur Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, sowohl vom Flughafen aus als auch Richtung Stadtzentrum. Es gibt keine negativen Anmerkungen zu machen, was das Hotel selbst betrifft. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage des Hotels an sich, abseits der belebten Straßen und der U-Bahn-Linien. Man muss bereit sein, ein Stück zu laufen. |

DZ bestellt, man wollte uns ein EZ andrehen... erst nach mehrfachen Anfragen haben wir das DZ erhalten. Unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Dürftiges Frührstücksbuffet. |

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltung und empfehlenswert. Der Kleiderschrank verfügt über zu wenig Einrichtung (Tablare) und Kleiderbügel. Der Poolbereich verfügt über zu wenig Liegestühle, welche ohne Probleme auch auf der nahegelegenen Terrasse plaziert werden könnten. |

Rooftop pool. Staff were nice and helpful. I had requested a cot for our baby but there was also a couch in the room so it was very cramped. |

Easy to find and great location for metro and rest of city. Staff very helpful and english speaking. Pool little small but great after a morning of sight seeing and at night easy to get to the Rossio and restaurants. |

The friendly and knowledgeable way staff tried to help. Even with some english language limitations. The chambermaid was rather skimpy with daily toilettries - in fact, after our first day we had to ask for renewals. |

good staf, fantastic room and bath room, good value for money, near the city center. I truly recomend Even if we stayed only for one night and had the checkout at 12 o'clock, the waitress knocked the door three times around 10 o'clock - need to improve the comunication between the reception and the clean service. |

the staff in the reception was helpful when we needed extras for the room that we had forgotten, ie. razors, shaving cream, paracetamol... the carpet in the room was looking a bit old and needed to be cleaned/replaced |
