very near to the airport, some other places, it take only 10 to 15 minutes by taxi to get any where in lisbon |

The friendly and knowledgeable way staff tried to help. Even with some english language limitations. The chambermaid was rather skimpy with daily toilettries - in fact, after our first day we had to ask for renewals. |

good staf, fantastic room and bath room, good value for money, near the city center. I truly recomend Even if we stayed only for one night and had the checkout at 12 o'clock, the waitress knocked the door three times around 10 o'clock - need to improve the comunication between the reception and the clean service. |

Hotel conveniently located for the meetings we had and more in general for visiting the city Expensive and poor quality internet access. Should be free in hotel of this categoy. |

the staff in the reception was helpful when we needed extras for the room that we had forgotten, ie. razors, shaving cream, paracetamol... the carpet in the room was looking a bit old and needed to be cleaned/replaced |

Clean, comfy room, plenty of TV channels, staff explained well how to get around the city, mini supermarket next door. Didn't go for breakfasts so can't tell how is. A bit of a walk to the metro station (or 6-7 euro taxi drive to city centre), wish the stuff gave us more "insider tips" on where to hang instead of raw info |
