Grandes chambres bonne climatisation proximité du centre Confort Le mini bar est hors de prix une bouteille d'eau à 0.65 € au supermarché du coin est facturé à 3 ou 4 €. Odeur de serpillères mouillées dans la slle de bain. Une seule chaîne française à la télé . Malgré tout ce qui précède je reviendrais à cet hotel |

Rooms are big and clean , staff are very friendly . Pretty cheap price . not very close to the centre , anyway going downtown by taxi it costs only 6 € . It does not deserve to be considered a 4 stars hotel, but a 3 one ! |

Rooftop pool. Staff were nice and helpful. I had requested a cot for our baby but there was also a couch in the room so it was very cramped. |

Very good hotel - magnificent view on the roof - very good breakfast in a cosy restaurant - good and very cleal rooms. The drinks in the minibar were too expensive |

Proximity to the metro (a few blocks) and ability to access the rest of Lisbon There was a mildew smell in the bathroom room (room 312) and the smell was over-powering. |

Easy to find and great location for metro and rest of city. Staff very helpful and english speaking. Pool little small but great after a morning of sight seeing and at night easy to get to the Rossio and restaurants. |

The friendly and knowledgeable way staff tried to help. Even with some english language limitations. The chambermaid was rather skimpy with daily toilettries - in fact, after our first day we had to ask for renewals. |

good staf, fantastic room and bath room, good value for money, near the city center. I truly recomend Even if we stayed only for one night and had the checkout at 12 o'clock, the waitress knocked the door three times around 10 o'clock - need to improve the comunication between the reception and the clean service. |

Hotel conveniently located for the meetings we had and more in general for visiting the city Expensive and poor quality internet access. Should be free in hotel of this categoy. |

the staff in the reception was helpful when we needed extras for the room that we had forgotten, ie. razors, shaving cream, paracetamol... the carpet in the room was looking a bit old and needed to be cleaned/replaced |

De kamer werd netjes schoongemaakt elke dag. Bediening in het restaurant was top! Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De handdoeken en vloerbedekking waren toch wat versleten. De matrassen lagen niet lekker. De bedden waren te klein/smal. te weinig kastruimte in de kamer. |
