It is a nice Hotel as long as you dont expect much. Location is OK.

For that price a breakfast would be nice. Placing a sign on the main road will help to find the hotel easily for new commers.

No hygiene products in the room, only soap, it had to be ordered in the reception and for me that isn't practical.

The staff in the breakfast room was very nice and attentive, made our day start in a good mood. Hotel equipment was modern, lobby very spacious.

Not free. Wi fi Does not work anyways in the room (although staff gave me free extra passes but couñd only use in lobby) a bit far from old town

Hotel is clean and close to centrum (5 euro by taxi) . Rooms are nice , badroom clean and large. Breakfasts good.

Very bad internet service, expensive and slow, braking connections every few minutes. 5 euro/ day for crap.

Location to airport and city

The bathroom in my room 1119 was quite dirty.

We only had problems with internet connection, we bought a one week access to internet however the connection was very poor and we couldn't access to internet from the room easily, only certain points of the room were available for internet access. The hotel should improve their wifi system.

Everithing was ok,and very nice staff,very friendly my flight was a bit late,about 17.30h and I had to go to the airport at least at 15.00h and they extended my stay till 15.00h free of charge,fantastic. There is nothing more to say,everithing was 110%

What I didn't understand is that such a nice hotel,don't have free wifi. Wifi is very important for the guests and most hotels are adopting free wifi in the entire hotels for the guests,and they are getting more customers.

Price, location & cleanliness

Wi-fi very expensive and not working properly.

Hotel was good, bus stop not that far away.

Convenient to transportation both in from the airport and metro for city transportation.

Not much open around it at night.

Close to the subway, well oganized, modern and clean.

Location, room size

Room at back of hotel too close to adjoining buildings and a constant external noise from air conditioning units. On last day of stay, room not cleaned although it had been enetered to replace tea cups. Still no free Wi-Fi access, and what is paid for is not good.

easy to get to the subway, the train station and some bus stop. very comfortable bed and pillows. nice stuff with efficient check out.

aair-conditioning system isn't cool enough so that it's quite hot if I’m not sitting or standing under it. the entrance isn't easy for people who carry heavy luggage to enter

Convenience for access to rown and airport. Taxis always at door, day & night.

Floor in room needed a good clean.
