De kamer was zoals deze behoort te zijn bij een internationale keten. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Service in ontbijtzaal was prima Service aan balie kon geen enkel lachje af. Veel te formeel. Bij afrekenen bon verstond de medewerkster een verkeerde naam en begon bijna te snauwen. Dit kan veel beter |

De infrastructuur was zeer net, mooi ingerichte kamers, iets ouder maar netjes. Vooral de hoeveelheid en kwaliteit van het ontbijt was zeer goed. Kleine details die door het management van het hotel niet werden opgemerkt en bijgestuurd. De onthaalbediende aan de receptie was niet zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De bagagedragers hingen steeds aan de balie rond maar ik heb ze geen enkele koffer zien dragen. |

conference the reception is - a little bit - far away from the entrence, you can contact the staff if you want, but you do not speak to anyone beside this (withour breakfast) |

Excellent hotel, looks recently renovated. Big comfy beds, excellent central location with buses (direct to airport), trains & metro just a few minutes walk from hotel. Staff were polite & very helpful in dealing with the problems I had - when booking I requested a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together. When I got to my room there were 2 singles, but this was resolved very quickly. Then on the 2nd night the air conditioning began to make a very loud high pitched noise. Again once I raised the issue with the staff they were very quick to move me to another room so as to cause minimum inconvenience. Will definitely stay there again (this wasn't my 1st trip there anyway) if they keep the same prices! |

Nice, large rooms. Very helpful staff. Asked about the train timetable and gladly printed them out from the internet. No questions asked when requested a late check-out. |

Great bed, linen and choice of pillows. Close to airport and just 200 m from trein and metro station. Big and quite room with noiseless airco. Amazig value for money. Standard business hotel, so could be boring for romantic city trip. |

Location. Bathroom door was left broken, from the previous guest and no repairs were done. TV reception was of very poor quality. I could listen a lot of noise form other guest as so was hard to have a rest during night time and staff was indifferent to what so ever one might say to them. |

Please, install free internet, wireless or cable, in all rooms. This is the 21st century, everywhere we get free internet, airports, hotels, all over the world. Please improve that area, which is still very backwards, in Portugal. All the rest is impecable. |

My comment is particular. I booked a room with king size bed for 2 persons. When I arrived for the check-in, the hotel was book out, so the staff gave me a Suite for the same price I paid. I found that great and helpful. |
