Habitación y baño grandes y confortables

Habitación un poco ruidosa por la proximidad de la autovia. No tiene ascensor haciendo muy dificil la entrada y salida con las maletas. El parking se hace insuficiente para el hotel y el restaurante que hay en la planta baja

habitacion muy grande y bien equipada. con neverita (que hacia mucho ruido) pedi una cuna y sin ningun problema la trajeron con su sabanita y todo, el desayuno tambien estaba bastante bien. el personal era muy amable

nos pusieron en el lado del hotel que da a la carretera y era imposible dormir, toda la noche pasando coches. tuvimos que comprar tapones de oido. el aire acondicionado no enfriaba casi nada en la tv no habia ni un canal en español ademas de todos los carteles etc en ingles, frances aleman... pero no en español. el restaurante de al lado era caro y con poca variedad.

Tranquilidad. De hecho parece que eramos los únicos hospedados.

El buffet del desayuno fue algo escaso y poco variado, aunque aceptable. Es un establecimiento que, en mi opinión, puede resultado poco acogedor.

Free internet, nice room.

Location - there is nothing near the hotel. It is too far to the airport (to go on foot) and also too far to the center.

It was close to the airport and it was attached to a great restaurant that was a welcome benefit to us weary travelers! Also, it was great seeing someone sweeping the cobblestone parking area in front of the hotel as part of the 'beautification' process that is so important in Portugal!

We did not get help bringing our bags upstairs. It was late, and we were tired, and felt that this service would have been welcome.

There were two things we didn't like which I will explain below,everything else was just right.the staff were helpful, the room was comfortable & clean & the adjoining restaurant was good, a very enjoyable overnight stop, and breakfast was laid on early at our request.

We didn't appreciate that the hotel had no lift we had two very heavy suitcases from our holiday and although they were carried upstairs by staff on arrival, no-one answered our call to reception to bring them down so we carried them ourselves which we found difficult on a spiral openplan staircase .Also there were no English channels on the television in spite of the card saying there were.

Close to airport, friendly staff, good breakfast

Not easy to reach the town if you haven't a car

1) Visibility of the hotel. There is no external sign of it when arriving to Faro. It took me almost 45 minutes to find the hotel ....2) At 4 AM an alarm rang during 15 minutes: it was difficult afterwards to get back to sleep.
