i loved the interior design and the furniture of the rooms and the nice parquet floors even in the bathroom,the staff were very friendly and helpful.the parking is free of charge in case you booked your room through booking .com ,the breakfast was very nice,itsclose to one of cities biggest shopping centers,

small TV in the rooms,a bigger plasma TV would be great.it's a bit far from the city center but still metro station is right by the hotel.no fitness or swimming facilities,the internet is very expensive and there's no free WIFI even in the Hotel Lobby. they had a strange rule with the minibars in the rooms that if you use it for your own stuff you will have to pay 25 euros a night ofcourse they didn't charge me cause i didn't know about it,the airport Taxis that the reception calls cheat a lot,usually they take you on a longer root and at the end they charge you more than what the taxi meter shows,just pay what the taxi meter shows and no more.

Good value for the money and great location, perfect if you want to visit the Luz Stadium like we did, the metro station is just in front of the hotel, city center is on the 5th station in one direction, Luz Stadium is on the 4th station in the other direction, very easy and cheap to explore the city.

Sound isolation is good and we were on a higher floor so we didn't notice it untill the next day, it's just a minor thing, metro station is just below the hotel and because of that you can sence the metro when you are on the ground floor, at breakfast for example, at night it's quiet because the metro is closed after 01:00. Also the hotel is close to the airport and it looks like the plane route when approaching the airport is above the hotel so you can hear and see every plane approaching the airport. But those 2 minor isues didn't bother us at all really.

Perfect if you want to go to Lisbon with car and be in the city centre in 10 minutes. Staff very friendly, well trained, tri-lingual. Rooms large and well equipped, everything in good condition, tea-making facilities replenished every day. Restaurant: good food and reasonably priced. Location is perfect if you want to avoid being downtown: 20 metres from metro, 5 stations to city centre (10 minutes). Touristic info in the hotel. Zoo nearby. By car, 5 minutes from highway to Sintra and Porto.

If you leave the windows open you'll hear the planes passing by.

Nice and clean rooms....though small in size, but then hotel rooms in Europe are this size only.

We liked almost everything....the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very tastefully done, the location is in a good area, public transportation is right outside the door(metro and buses)and the airport shuttle also stops at the hotel. The trip to downtown via the metro takes about 5 minutes and the cost is very reasonable.

Sitting on the beach it is 20 TSS from beach!

No where to sit and have your breakfast outside or a drink or coffee

It is a nice hotel, the room are very well decorated, with good quality material, good noise isolation, and good breakfast

To be disturbed twice at the door, one at 9 am and again at 11 am, when the cleaning lady actually did come in the room without warning, small praking place under the hotel, also breakfast area is too small for such a big hotel.
