Hotel Acores Lisboa    

Pleasant 4 star hotel - Nice lobby, attentive and helpful receptionists, good elevators. Reasonably large carpeted room with wood floors at entrance and in well equipped bath, only negative is the bathtub/shower enclosure with the crazy half-size glass partition guaranteeing a wet floor. Good beds and sleep quality, good size desk for working. Great breakfast with good varieties including cooked eggs and bacan and Nata tarts. The hotel entrance is literally steps away from the subway entrance which wisks you into the town center in less than 10 minutes. We got a great discounted price and free parking - definitely worth it.

Wifi in room costs a few euros but was worth it for us.

Everything was excellent! When we left we said that if we ever should place a hotel in the highest grade on all subjects it would be this hotel in Lisbon. Quiet, extremely friendly staff, extremely good location with the underground app. 10 meters from the entrance. Clean, comfort, value for money. Everything was good!

I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. The price was very reasonable, so I was not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is perfect for getting around the city (just a few yards from a Metro station). Rooms were comfortable, with bathrooms reflecting an attention to detail seen normally in 5 star hotels. Breakfast included with the room rate was great (especially the yummy hot chocolate!). The business center was nicely laid out, complete, comfortable, and easy to use. Parking was free, which is unusual for Lisbon. The staff was very friendly and most helpful in helping us navigate a city which was new to us. I will definitely return, and highly recommend it to friends and associates.

No easy to find parking entrance but we told the hotel this and the man on reception could not have done more to help us,really impressed with how friendly an helpful he was in regards to this both my partner and I work in hotels so this really impressed us.

Location is perfect. Everything else matches the quality of a 4 star hotel. No complaints, only compliments.

Ideally located for IPO and Sete Rios station.

Underground parking is free, near hotel metro station.

Wi-fi access not free and only for one device.

We enjoyed a lot our staying at the hotel! Everything was perfect: the room, the staff etc. The location was very good, a few tube stops from the main atractions. We recomend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely go back!!

Christmas eve dinner (COD) was OK but the dessert of PINEAPPLE was not up to standard.

Free parking in the garage, good breakfast, helpful people working there. Comfortable room. Hotel near to transports. Close to Gulbenkian museum and conserts.

Difficult to find the parkingplace for the car. Problems to understand how the shower was working (!). Instructions for how to use the shower too high up to be readable. Cleaningstuff should always leave the tap in showerposition. A shower should be simple to use for anyone without reading instructions first! I was in a hurry and wasn't able to get the shower working without help!

Fantastic location to the metro link. Great service from the staff very helpful. Rooms good size for us all. Would recomend this hotel to anyone. Free secure underground carpark (important whilst staying in Lisbon). Good choice of Breakfast. Will use again when we come back to lisbon.

Location, value for money, good insonorization of the rooms that make the overflying of planes on their approach to the nearby airport not unconfortable.

It ws a hotel nothing special, but everything was over the standard. Especially the breakfast was quite good thinking of been included to the room price ! Close to the subway station, easy access to everywhere.

The drain stopper of the bath tub was not fixed properly, maybe on purpose. So we couldn't use a bath tub.

Everything. Very clean hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast, very comfy bed in the room. Free parking was very great. The hotel is very good located, Metro is 2 steps from it, but we reached the downtown by foot, it took 50 Minutes, i mean. A big El Corte Ingles is perfect for shopping.

Faire rate, close to publiqe tranportation, nice palace to stay in Lisbon.

Everything is by far one of the best money-value hotels in Lisbon with hotel staff that seems trained for a 5 hotel. The metro station is outside the hotel main door and the restaurant offers amazing food
