The room is enough large and clean. Staff speak very good English. The subway station is just front of the Hotel entrance. The parking garage was narrow, and it was difficult to park. It was not able to enjoy oneself over breakfast slowly because the breakfast place was too crowded. |

Next to the metro Breakfast and the fact that you had to wait in order to have breakfast. A bigger dining room is essential for such a big hotel. The parking has very few places |

comfortable room - well fitted and furnished,hotel next to metro,Efficient breakfast staff making a brave effort in an overcrowded room. Small reception area, bar would not encourage anyone to drink there, breakfast reasonable but in a cramped and crowded room. Though the rooms are decent the ground floor reception/bar/breakfast area are more like a budget travel lodge .As with all hotels who still charge for wi-fi stop it! guests are annoyed by charges which seem mean and petty. |

Buffet breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've eaten in Europe. Clean and modern hotel with the rooms serviced each day. Great to have a kettle in the room. Metro station right outside the doors (10 mins to city), secure and free underground parking. Staff could direct us to good beaches (Costa Caparica was cool). Finding the actual hotel was not a problem, but accessing the parking was (follow the signs to the Ibis). |

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Value for money. Airport bus stops within a few meters of the hotel (be careful there are 2 airport bus routes). Good breakfast buffet Location is out of the City centre. However, this is compensated by a metro station right outside and we will definitely choose this hotel again |

Hotel is very clean, modern and with all the standard facilities of a business hotel. It is located right next to a Metro station and thus facilitates trips to the city centre. The surrounding squares is not developed and looks in bits like a wasteland. Also there is a big bus stop. Plus the hotel is right below the landing path of planes for Lisbon airport (even though noise insulation of the rooms is very good). |

Quality of staff and service in general is more than a 4* hotel. I appreciated the presence of tea pot and the choice of tisane that you can find in the room when you arrive. The hotel is really clean. There isn't yet a terrace outside. Not centrally located. |

Stayed in adjoining rooms for my family of 4. Good value for money. Very helpfull staff. Very nice clean, ultra modern. Convenient location for Metro. Close to airport, 10 minute drive. Free breakfast nice spread of pastries, bread, bacon eggs, fruit cerials, good coffee, juice etc all included. Would stay there again. Parking beneath hotel. No pool or workout room. WiFi expensive. |
