Nice, friendly staff, good room (beds good be better), clean, good breakfast. Next to Metro and bus station. Very good for city trip in Lisbon |

Comfortable, clean room and courteous staff. Nice modern decor. Price obtained on Priceline was a great value. The room was on the small side. It was not centrally located but was immediately adjacent to a Metro stop. |

The rooms were excellent - two connected rooms for our family exactly as advertised. Fantastic furnishings and cleanliness. The staff bent over backwards for our kids. And the breakfast was really good. The neighborhood is not charming - the minus is that it's at the beginning of a busy business district with lots of traffic and not really walkable. The plus is that the Metro stop is literally 10 feet from the front door, so it's easy to get to the city and easy to find upon your return. |

We opted for the romantic package, enticed by the prospect of a room upgrade, but that didn't really work out. The regular rooms are comfortable but small. Don't bother about the romantic package unless you really crave half a bottle of red along with some stale cheese & crackers. |

Nice stuff, clean, the metro is SO CLOSE, just outside the front door, also near to the tour bus. Fantastic breakfast! I will choose this hotel again if i come back in lisbon, very recommanded price/quality ratio~ the wifi is not free, 3 euro/hour, but there is a promotion on the day we left: 3 euro/day. If it is free, the hotel will be perfect... |

The room was very nice and the bedding was of good quality (nice duvets instead of sheets and blankets). The breakfast and dinner buffet was of excellent quality and good value. No negative comments. It was really a nice hotel. |

The location of the hotel was excellent - convenient for the metro which was right outside and only a10 minute journey to the city centre. Very clean and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who went out fo their way to ensure that nothing was too much trouble. I would stay here again without hesitation for future city visits. |

Very close to Metro station. About 40 min fast walk to the old city center. Very close to Zoo (5 min walk). Very helpfully receptionists. I stayed there several days, After second days cleaning team stopped to leave bottles with mineral water in the room and put new soap bars etc. (until I talked with reception). Cleaning teams entering to room only if you leaving "Please Clean Up the room" sign (once I forgot to put any sign and no one cleaned the room during 10h that I was out of the hotel). |
