Staff very help[ful when asked to sort out how to work heating in room, but where not aware that CNN channel was not available on TV in guests rooms, only available in TV lounge. Can't think of anything we didn't like, would like to have had a comfy chair to sit on in room. We had to use plastic ones on balcany in room!! |

the hotel was very clean and some of the staff were very friendly was told there was a hotel bar but for the 10 days we were there never saw it open simming pool was very small |

We liked that it was an Aparthotel. So we had kitchenette which was great has we have a small child. It was very comfortable and spacious rooms. I would stay there again. Location was great too. |

O ambiente do hotel é muito bom, sendo bastante calmo. A proximidade da praia, é só atravessar a alameda da India. Variar um pouco mais a alimentação. |

Em relação à estadia será necessário aperfeiçoar a limpeza, não só ao nível dos horários, bem como da profundidade. Ao nível dos horários porque em muitos dias a limpeza era apenas feita ao final do dia o que é bastante incómodo. Em relação à limpeza propriamente dita deixava muito a desejar, especialmente na zona de sala de estar. |
