Cleanliness was good. Found a few staff members good and responsive. Lot of things. 1. Minibar was not available. Have to pay extra charge for that. 2. Hotel claims - Internet wi-fi available in all hotel. Did not find connectivity in room. Hotel could not provide services even when I was ready to pay. 3. Lcoker service - Have to pay extra money for that. 4. Jymnasium not available |

staff where very freindly and extremley helpful , rooms where very clean and well looked after. i would recommend the alif for people to stay .the prices in the hotel where very good. the location of the hotel was awkward if you are looking to visit a few bars because we found it very hard to find any |

Some might say it's a little way out from the city centre but the Metro is very nearby. Clean & tidy. Staff were friendly and spoke english which was good for me and helped to make my stay enjoyable. A good breakfast that set me up for the day! I would recommend this Hotel. |

everthing was just fine. The hotel has excellent location, next to the metro station and wonderful Campo Pequino which provides good shows you can visit almost every night. Lisabon is wonderful place to visit and we recommend it as well. |

My main impression of this hotel is one of a soulless place. From the moment I attempted to check in the staff were conspicuous by their absence with me having to wait 5 minutes for someone to visit the reception desk in-order to check me in – a buzzer to call someone would be an idea if the desk is not manned. Whilst not overtly rude, the staff that I had any dealings with were cold, not welcoming, and gave the impression that they really couldn’t be bothered with anyone wanting to stay in their hotel. Whilst I realise that it is only a hotel, that I was only there for two nights and that I was out every day in meetings. By contrast the hotel at the conference that I was attending were always welcoming even though I was not a guest. |

as always the welcome was friendly, thestaff helpful, the room comfortable with a welcoming bowl of fruit...the situation of the hotel is good - near a metro station and a shopping mall with a food court - and the price excellent in terms of the quality...excellent buffet breakfast too! |

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The wifi just didn't work in my room, and this was the same for many of the other people I knew who were staying at the hotel. I had a strong signal, but could not get an IP address.The shower was dreadful. It was hot and cold intermittently with a poor shower head and confusing controls. It all seemed a bit slapdash and thoughtless. |

It's near to the Campo Pequeno metro station and the staff were polite and efficient. The shower was good. The breakfast was pretty bleak and the WiFi was very unreliable. Beds were quite small and not particularly comfortable. |

Kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfasts, nice bar with cold beer for a reasonable price, easy access to downtown. The fact that the hotel is right next to a dense traffic street. |

An OK hotel with an affordable price tag. Nice view from the breakfast room. At one point the pipe water came out brown, but as I heard that is a problem of Lisabon because pipes are expanding in the summer. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff; good location with short walk to metro and nearby restaurants and shopping centre (open until 22.00); a wide and varied breakfast buffet is included in price. 10 minutes by metro to barrio alto and city centre. Walking distance to Gulbenkian Museum Rooms a bit small but nonetheless comfortable; |

Frendly staff, cleanless, breakfast is quite Ok, convenient location and transport connections to the airport & city center. Undeground parking has too narrow space for maneuvering: it is a bit dangerous to use it with a car, larger than Smart :) |
