Staff extremely helpful. Our second stay will definately use again, 10 mins from center of city, 5 min taxi ride from airport. Taxi and bus service outside hotel together with good choice of restaurants. |

Conveniently located for transport, shopping and restraunts. Generally staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for price. On our arrival the member of staff that was on duty at the reception desk was very miserable and unhelpful. He let the other staff down. Plug in washbasin did not operate properly & retain water, even after it had been reported. |

Hotel Alif is quite close to the Airport - it's also right across from Campo Pequeno Bullring - underneath this Building is a shopping centre, cinema and food outlets. |

Very good value for money. Huge breakfast buffet, included in price. Excellent location just next to metro station. Silent rooms. Extremely friendly cleaning lady. Some of the bathroom equipment was starting to be worn out: toilet sometimes had difficulties to flush through, taps of the shower sometimes did not allow to perfectly adjust temperatures. |

Great location, near metro and shopping centre at Campo Pequeno. Tourist information and free city maps available at the reception. Good breakfast served in a space with beautiful view. In the day of our check-out elevators were out of order. We had to climb from 4th to 9th floor to have breakfast and then go downstairs with our luggage. |
