Location for acess to Porto old town The hotel need refurbishing. Bedroom had mould in bathroom and had water leaking into it from above bathroom |

The Breakfast was very good and a lot of everything. The Hotel is very close to the city. And the Hotelservice is great you can book cars and tickets for trips and bus on the reception. The rooms to the backyard are very quiet. There is only a Aircondition in the rooms no heating. They have no german TV Channels. No Lundry Service . |

The staff were helpful and courteous; the parking was a godsend; the location made walking around the old town possible; and the value for money was just tops. You need to be aware of the size of your car with regard to the carpark. We travelled with a Volvo V70 and that was pushing the limit a bit. |

Staff very helpful and pleasant (also spoke English). Clean, tidy and comfortable facilities. Excellent breakfast - very substantial. Great value. Location convenient and quiet. Highly recommended. As non-smokers, we found the hotel's "non smoking" policy a bit of a mystery and slightly off-putting. |

They provided me to a clean and non-smoking room. The room and its bathroom were really clean. The breakfast was good to me although there were no fresh fruits. Its location is very satisfiable because it is located near Trindade metrostation which connects all the lines and goes to airport directly. The bed is a little bit uncomfortable becuase its spring must have some problems. However the seat for the bed was clean, so I am satisfied. |

The room was clean and comfortable. The barman was a very kind and hardworking gentleman. The location was not too bad. The garage carpark spaces were quite tight and did not allow for large four wheel drive cars and people carriers as these restricted movement and one had to reverse out into a very bust street and at times wait for the owners of the larger cars to come along and manouver around in order to let a car out. |

We arrived about 9 am and were able to check in to our room straight away. We were also offered breakfast, but didn't need it. On subsequent days we found the breakfast to be very good. Our room was kept very clean, and was of a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable. I asked for an extra pillow and it arrived very quickly. The staff recommended 2 excellent restaurants nearby. Not really. The only drawback we found was that the fridge in the room was very noisy and so we disconnected it at night, which solved the problem. |

Having a room at the first floor, we where lucky to have wifi access in the room. Busy street, having a room at the street side, there was a lot of noise, hardly any difference with the window open or closed. If you are a light sleeper, consider another hotel. |

Parking, breakfast, nice employees, cleaness, price was incredible for the quality and Internet The parking is not so big but our car was small so it was perfect!. If you are in the third floor maybe you are not going to have wireless but you can go to the hall and then you have it. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location close to shopping, public transport and the historic heart of Porto. The facilities are great with free parking, free wi-fi, good breakfast and a fun bar for the evenings. The staff and management are very friendly, happy to assist in anyway. This hotel is excellent value for money. |

Staff very hospitable, room clean and comfortable, the best breakfast I´ve ever had in this kind of hotel (I mean,3 stars or less). Good choice you you want to step up from a hostel into a Hotel. Location wasn´so good, but it´s not such big problem. |

When we arrived the owner was at reception and couldn't have been more pleasant, when we wanted to go out to eat he booked the restaurant and the taxi for us. On our return he asked if we had enjoyed our meal and invited us to the bar for a drink,he could not have been more hospitable. The next day breakfast was very good. We arrived by car and private parking was free excellent. no |
