One further child from 0 to 8 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
In order to guarantee the reservation, we request a full prepayment for stays of 3 nights or less and a deposit of 50% of the total amount for stays longer than 3 nights.
Reservations without deposit are only guaranteed until 1:00 PM.
The hotel's bar is closed for renovations.

I liked it. I was a good value for the money. I asked the hotel for a bottle opener to open a bottle of wine but, the person at front desk said they did not have one. I could not understand this because they have a full kitchen and dining room. And the noise at night was from loud from the bars located around the hotel |

The Hotel staff where very friendly and welcoming. It was in a good spot just a few minutes walk to the beach and restuarants. Our room over looked the beach and was clean and comfortable i would go back again. |

I liked the bathroom, the cleaning service, the close proximity to the beach. The room we got was very small with a tiny balcony. The pillows were very uncomfortable & the sheets did not fit the bed. |

Very good location, almost on the beach, in the walking street. We got a room for 25 EUR with ocean view (there was a promotion or smth). Clean. Very good and tasty breakfast. Although there is no parking available but we found a good place to leave our car in the same street free of charge 0.5 km from the hotel. It may be noisy at night because there is a night bar with disco in the front of the hotel. |

The hotel is right in front of a pub and disco. First I was afraid of the sound but they have 3 layers of glass on the windows and a very good insulation and the noise was much less than I expected! The bar closes at 4am and after that the sound is hardly noticeable because the disco is on another floor and with closed doors. The breakfast was very good, a very good buffet! |

very good and central location with great beaches nearby. lots of restaurants in the area. the view from roon was fantastic. very loud dicothek directly by the hotel makes so mucvh noise that it is impossible to sleep untill 4 am. they had lost our reservation and the attitude of the staff was extremly poor by telling it that this is our problem and not theire. we had to phone booking.com to correct the problem the hotel caused. parking is not on site as promissed. hotel charges extra 2 euro per day for use of in room volt even so on the web it does not mention of extra charges. the beach towels provided were so smelly that we could not use them. room towels are only changed every two days which is not satisfactory for a hotel that claims to be 3 star. |

Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is superb, right along the boulevard. The seaview (when booked) is nice. The room has a fridge. The rooms look pretty dated and are in need of some upgrading (loose wires, missing light in bathroom). The balcony is pretty small, and as a bonus the airco outlet is right on the balcony blowing hot air straight in your face when sitting there. |

Friendly staff, everything was handeled well and everybody were nice. For example we had problems with the lock of our room, and a new room (a better one) was given to us immeadetly. Good breakfast and the location; it was close to the beach and to many good restaurants. The price was also very competitive. Rooms were fairly clean and air conditioned. 24h reception was a plus also. The floors of the room should have been cleaned better, they were fully dirty from the first day on, and even more dirty when some sand and dirt came there in our shoes. The street where the hotel is, is a bit noisy. It didn't really keep us awake, but still you could hear the bars clearly to your room. |
