Super location. Staff most helpful and friendly. For what I paid I genuinely do not have any complaints. I was not expecting 5 star for the price I paid!!!

The price and the fact that you can check in all hours The room smelled of sewer and regardless of complaints at the reception nothing was done about it, except opening of the balcony door

Extreme bang for the buck. Less than 20 euros for a one night stay? It's a steal. The room was very clean and staff was kind enough to provide with an extra hour for check-out. Plus, got a room with an ocean view even though the booking said no ocean view, which was a bonus. The facilities weren't state of the art, but for a 3-star hotel, things like newer curtains (fairly old ones with some holes showing) and extra blankets readily available would be expected. Also, I don't mind the noise but be warned it is located right in front of a disco in a street with many bars and restaurants that go all night, and you definately hear it up in the room.

Hotel Avenida Praia is a great choice for people on a budget wanting to stay close to both - the beach and the clubs, both on your doorstep. Noise is not an issue as double glazing does its job. The hotel is dated and basic, yet VERY clean, the beds VERY comfortable, overall we would stay again!

The balcony to the beach. It's good for people that want to party all night The noise during the night. Until 4 am strong music from about 5 discos all mix. A shame not saing nothing in the check in.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and extremely helpful. Bedrooms were dated but spotless clean.

very friendly near beach and shops and lots of things there for all agers to do . eg trips shops and beach all near bye not having kettle in room to make yourself a drink if needed

The location is very good, it was the nearest to the beach I had ever been. The bathroom was new... The cleaning ladies and staff was nice and polite. Despite being very affordable, our room furniture was so old and ugly, the curtains was so old that sun comes from litle holes on them. And thre was a lot of noise coming from street and from the nerarest pubs, we are very good sleepers so that was not a problem for us.

Clean and big rooms. Good breakfast that was included. Helpful staff when I had questions. Balcony with sun almost all day. Ask to get a room as high up as you can. Close to everything you need - beach, cafés, restaurants, stores.. you name it. Bring earplugs, it is neighbour with two big sportsbars and infront of a big disco.
