View from the 7th floor balcony ask for one of the two middle rooms, overlooking the beach on the 6th or 7th floor - WOW!!! The price was excellent in September. Lack of parking, however street parking free around the corner from the hotel |

They didn't mind moving us to a new room when the first one had no view. They were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovley. |

Location, centrality to beach and restaurants/nightlife, big enough bathroom with a good shower, staff nice. Rooms tiny and cramped, tv very small, towels only changed every 3 days, very very poor breakfast, couldn't borrow an iron, had to pay to get a dress ironed. Never replied to an e mail I sent and therefore had to get taxi from airport that cost 120 euro. Nearly had same experience on way home due to oversight on staff members behalf. Paid for sea view, got view of beer gardens.Not a 3 star hotel |

Its location and the staff friendliness. They all knew English.They have a separate sitting room for wireless internet and this is a nice feature, they also put in this room all the books the guests leave behind. |

The staff where very friendly and helpful and the location, it's very close to the beach, this was the second time I've stayed at this hotel A few things didn't work, like one of the bedside lights, but that's no big deal |
