L'esmorzar es força correcte, el personal tant de recepció com de menjador molt atent, i la neteja molt curosa. L'abitacio es molt justa i falta espai a l'armari. |

És molt cèntric. El personal del hotel és molt atent i amable. El buffet de l'esmorzar es substanciòs i suficient. Les cortines i el cobrellit de l'habitació teníen moltes taques, estaven excessivament bruts. L'habitació 803 és un pel justa, doncs amb els penjarrobes ocupats, la porta de l'armari no tanca. El soroll dels tubs de la calefacció o el que fos a la nit dins del bany. |

Hotel is a nice and quiet hotel, that is situated close to the Avenida de Liberdad and the old town of Lisbon. Internet is quite good, but bring your own cable! |

This is a half classic and half modern hotel. There are three good features for the hotel: 1) very good breakfast, 2) good location, and 3) a supermarket nearby. The room is a bit small and the AC window is blowing directly towards the bed which makes sleep difficult. |

Very nice staff, very clean, good breakfast, quiet, very strong aircon which is good in Lisbon in August, 15 minutes on foot to the center, or you walk 1 minute to the metro which is 2 stations from the center. wifi in the lobby ok, but the cable connection in the room didn't work. the receptionist offered to send up a technician to fix it but since we were almost all the time away and we would have to be there while he came, we didn't have it fixed |

Hotel staff were generally friendly and courteous. Room was small but it was 100% clean and well maintained. Good location, 15 minute walk to city centre and it seemed to be in a very safe area.breakfast was lovely!Bed very comfortable! would advise tourists not to book taxis through hotel as it was much more expensive(12 euro less to use taxi on the rank around the corner to go to beech in Caprica). Menu in restaurant was very limited and a poor choice of restaurants in the locality-need to go to city centre. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient to centre of city and close to bus and metro services.. Bedroom was good. Bathroom was very good, large and well designed. Air conditioning was excellent, which was terrific during the very hot period of our stay. |

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful! Look for the guy who can speak 6 languages fluently. Room is in decent size and very clean. The thing we didn't like was the tv was just too small to watch. |

Very polite and friendly staff. In particular, Ines at the front desk was very helpful. When we were checking out, we mentioned that we were going to be staying in Sesimbra next. Ines kindly gave us very useful and detailed information about great places to dine out and shop in Sesimbra. All of her recommendations were fantastic. Thank you! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nicely decorated and well maintained. The only draw back was, we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a table to have breakfast one morning and by the then the selection had become slightly limited, however the service provided by the staff is great. |
