Lige fra man står på gaden foran døren til hotel Aviz bliver man modtaget af en smilende person, der straks tager kufferter og byder velkommen. Det er oplevelsen under hele opholdet, glade, smilende, imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme, sådan er personalet på hotel Aviz. Værelset var super lækkert og blev holdt rent op pænt. Få renset ercon anlæget det lugter lidt surt! |

Venlig og imødekommende personale, god rengøringsstandard, fin morgenmad og godt værelse med altan som overraskelse. Stik til krøllejern m.v. ved spejl på badeværelse. Eller opsætning af spejl ved stik andet sted. |

excellent staff, very helpful, nice and spacious room internet didn't work in the room, neither wireless or cable, even after we required them to fix it, they couldn't do it |

There was a excellent breakfast buffet included in the price of the room. There was also a small, but nice, wellness center that was always available at no charge. The location in Lisbon is great. It is near the main intersection of town, but on a quiet street with little traffic or noise. |

Absolutely fabulous. Wonderful staff, great art work, fantastic food,close to the city sites. They have a spa with sauna and the staff could have been nicer. They were extremely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I would travel to Lisbon just to stay at this hotel. |

Suite very spacious for the money. Spotless. Included breakfast buffet excellent. Majority of staff extremely cordial and and went out of their way to be helpful (only one was not.) Bed very hard. Free internet ridiculously slow and if you need for business as I did, you can't count on speed or even availability. |

Our room (which was a 4 room suite) was spotless, spacious and impeccable and well above the usual standard of city hotel accommodation. The breakfast was about the best we have enjoyed in any hotel anywhere. The location is ideal for wandering about this very interesting area of Lisbon. We would return to the Aviz without hesitation. |

The location of the hotel is excellent. The quality of the breakfast was good. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. I did not like the approach of some of the Portoguese staff in the reception. They have a lack of hospitality and good manner. We arrived late in the night and I had to ask the reception to change the room, because it was very noisy due to the airconditioners placed in the inner yard. |

The Suite is lovely, friendly staff and helpful. You should include tissue papers in the rooms and Glass cups not plastic to drink water. |

The staff are what made my stay truly memorable. Unfailingly gracious and hospitable in every circumstance. Rooms were generously sized for European standards, finished to a high standard and scrupulously clean. |

Great hotel staff, nice rooms. The rooms were a little bit small. Hotel restaurant didnt let me have dinner in niece pants. Not the best location for tourists. |

Good location in a quiet street, not far from the centre, near a metro station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was good size, very clean and comfortable, with a big bathroom. Good breakfast, although a choice could be somewhat limited later in the morning. |

I liked the location of the hotel, breakfast was also very good with a variety of fresh food, the staff was kind and helpful. The bed was too narrow for two persons and rather uncomfortable, as well. The view from the hotel room was poor (the walls of nearby buildings). |
