Hotel staff was always very helpful, though some of the information given was not always acurate. I chose the hotel because of internet access in the room. During my two days there the connection in the room worked for less than ½ hr. I asked 3 times to have it corrected, and the staff told me it would be corrected, but never did. So I sat in the hotel lobby a lot, where the internet did work. Workable but annoying. |

employees were patient, kind and helpful; close to metro, walking to center, close to ball park for portugals win with turkey! room was well soundproofed from road noise, cleanliness, we were upgraded to a suite, restaurant food and service was great, especially Julio not really, perhaps a computer for guests' use if they have no portables so don't have to bother staff |

Staff is professional as well as very friendly. Location is perfect. Internet access is poor if almost not available at all. it's a pity, otherwisw the hotel deserves a ten. |
