ホテルのスタッフは親切であった。朝食は充実していた。ロケーションは非常によかった。

シャワーのヘッドに水漏れがあり使い勝手が悪かった。

古き良きホテルということでさりげないサービスが心地よかったです。地下鉄駅にも近く、便利でした。

他の方々の評価がすごく高かったので宿泊したが・・・値段相応の普通のホテルという印象。事前の期待が高か- っただけに、少々がっかり感もあった。良かった点は、清潔感。それと地下鉄の駅のすぐそばという立地。ただ- 、観光目的であればロシオ広場付近のホテルの方が便利だと思う。また、フロントスタッフの対応は親切だった- 。朝食は普通レベルの印象。

欧州のホテルでは良くある事だが・・・シャワーのお湯の出がイマイチ、部屋の照明が暗くて読書が困難。部屋- の広さは、不満というほどではないものの、正直言って満足というレベルではなかった。とにかく、大きな不満- があるホテルではないが、特別満足するほどのホテルではない、値段相応のホテルという印象。

地下鉄駅ポンバルのそばで、立地条件はいうことなし。私たちは最上階のテラス付きの部屋をもらい、市街を見- つつテラスでワインなどを飲みました。部屋も清潔で広く、フロントの対応も親切丁寧。快適な滞在となりまし- た。

Very polite and friendly staff. In particular, Ines at the front desk was very helpful. When we were checking out, we mentioned that we were going to be staying in Sesimbra next. Ines kindly gave us very useful and detailed information about great places to dine out and shop in Sesimbra. All of her recommendations were fantastic. Thank you!

It was very hot so we drank all the water in the minibar but the minibar wasn't refilled daily

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nicely decorated and well maintained.

The only draw back was, we had to wait for 15 minutes to get a table to have breakfast one morning and by the then the selection had become slightly limited, however the service provided by the staff is great.

Bed was a bit hard.

Quiet, large room and bath, 10 min walk to Plaza Mayor, Bkfst and parking high, hotel clean and comfortable.
