bardzo uprzejma, fachowa obsługa. Idealna lokalizacja-> 10min spacerem do znanych zabytkow, blisko (2min) przystanek metra

Niestety łazienka nie była moim zdaniem w 100% czysta...

Świetna lokalizacja. Smaczne śniadania.

Nieuprzejma i niekompetentna obsługa. Niezbyt dokładnie myte łazienki. Często trzeba czekać na wolny stolik na śniadanie - zbyt mała sala. Wyjątkowo twarde materace i trzeszczące łóżka! Głośna klimatyzacja! A za oknem budowa - prace trwały od wczesnego rana. Pokoje z oknem od ulicy nie miały kłopotu z budową. Na naszą prośbę doniesiono dodatkowy miękki materac. Ale pierwsza noc nieprzespana.

Przyjemny hotel niedaleko centrum, z bardzo dobrymi połączeniami do centrum Lizbony. Miły wystrój, bardzo uprzejma i pomocna obsługa, pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu

Mały pokój

Aviz is my favourite hotel in Lisboa and we stayed there already 4 times and will come again. Hotel has a great location - in the center of the city, but on the small street with good access to avenida Libertada, metro, sightseeing, restaurants e.t.c Very nice,clean, light and big rooms and comfortable bathrooms witha window. This time our room was upgraded to a top floor room with beautiful terrace and great view on the city. As I had a birthday during our stay, hotel staff presented a bottle of porto wine and some sweets, it was very pleasant. First time we stayed in Aviz in 2007 and since that time main staff is still working there. Hotel also has a very good restaurant.

I liked everyrhing!

A modern and comfortable hotel in a good location. We just walked in and out of the town centre, took about 15 minutes, although there is an underground railway station nearby. Reception staff were helpful with advice on local travel and the hotel was very well kept. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, a self service affair which we found very good and included a hot and cold food selection.

Right in the middle of Lisbon, a very cosy hotel. Clean rooms, not so very large, but the room was very well suited for a city trip. Airco and internet available. Small lounge, but good choice of drinks, and the port wine was not at all expensive. Good service and friendly people. A very recommendable hotel. Especially the waiter serving our dinner was a well-traveled and seasoned person, having a good chat and friendly small-talk. A very pleasant stay all in all.

Hotel is hard to find. That part of the road didn't show up on our Tomtom and it sent us time and again to the wrong street. Very annoying. Car parking outside is only possible when you are lucky. Otherwise spend 12 Eur/day for parking at the hotel premises. Internet was not very stable (though it worked most of the time).

Front office staff need training in handling customers. Need to provide iron in rooms. Waiters at breakfast do not serve coffee / tea to tables and are rude when reqested to help.

Room big, clean and comfortable and with a good price/quality ratio; breakfast have good quality and wide choice. Good Position, near Underground station and Bus Terminal (Bus #22 From airport) is optimal to take a tour of the city. 3 Undergroun stop from Rossio Station (Train to Sintra) The staff is friendly.

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly The twin room we had was very nice and quite large. It seemed to be more well appointed than the suite that we had to have for one night. The twin room is definitely worth the money but the suite is not worth the extra. Very convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel as we returned very late one night and did not want to go out. Breakfast has a good selection. It could use a bit of a facelift, but The Aviz is a wonderful older hotel w/ a great deal of history.

Not a conplaint, more of a caution- but the bathroom floors are very slippery when wet Use care getting in and out of the shower. I am quite athletic and I almost landed on my head!

If they think to extend they offer, by means to include dinner in room's price

The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The rom was large and well furnished, including internet connection and mini bar. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, with a constant supply of hot water,

Lovely dining room with good breakfast.

The location was good

Poor room allocation. I made a group booking (2 couples). My wife and I were allocated a tiny substandard room with a double bed so noisy I doubt we could have slept in it. Our travelling companions' room by comparison would have been twice the size with a queen size bed. We were moved to a better room (still smaller than that of our companions) after complaining but the experience has soured my impression of Hotel Aviz.
