Clean and spacious rooms. Good soundproofing. Decent view with high-up location and magnificent fountain in front of the hotel. A little far from city center and restaurants. |

Convenient location for university. Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Wi-fi throughout the hotel, was more like throughout the lobby, and only every second day, at high cost! The traffic outside was very noisy although the windows were well insulated. |

Noteo que era um hotel relativamente novo pois o quarto estava muito cuidado e casa de banho muito limpa. Muito aconselhável para pessoas que viajam em negócios notando-se que é realmente o "cliente alvo" deste hotel ligando a certos pormenores como a limpeza dos sapatos. Hotel com design moderno o que o tornava por vezes impessoal e pouco acolhedor. |

Gostei essencialmente, do atendimento , a localização, limpeza e o design do hotel. As ventoinhas da casa de banho funcionam constantemente o que pode ser um incomodo para os utilizadores mais sensiveis. |

Gostei de tudo, pois tem um bom serviço, onde se inclui um bom pequeno almoço, apesar de o preço ser um pouco exagerado, pois já fiquei em hoteis da mesma catogueria e um pequeno almoço que não fica a dever nada ao hotel Vip e mais barato. O barulho do ar codicionado, mesmo desligado no próprio quarto continua-se a ouvir a ventilação nas condutas. o que á noite é um pouco incomodativo caso se tenha dificuldade em adormecer. |

sobretudo da simpatia do pessoal de recepção. o resto é banal. poucos serviços disponíveis a quando a minha estadia, tais como restaurante, piscina, etc.outra coisa que me incomodou, foi um sabonete já enxertado quando entrei para o quarto, não é a coisa mais grave do mundo, mas incomoda sempre um pouco.outra coisa, um quarto com alguém fumador, deveria ter varanda, pois nem toda a gente fuma, e ao reservar fumadores, não são todos é apenas um, logo incomoda os outros. |

la ubicación, la tranquilidad, la habitación espaciosa con balcon con vistas a la ciudad que repitan exactamente el mismo buffet todos los días de la semana, falta imaginación, por ejemplo, los quesos y los fiambres no variaron, los revueltos de huevo tampoco, la piña ( la fruta estrella de la isla ) apareció un día, el plátano ninguno. |

Bastante simpatia no atendimento da menina do Bar. Visualisei bastantes baratas no exterior do hotel e uma barata no interior.A chegada o Balde do lixo do WC estava cheio. Num dos dias não colocaram uma kit de toalhas, champoo, sabonete, e só ao fim do 4º dia é que me apercebi que também tinham gel de banho. A Piscina exterior é bastante diminuta. |

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Haus machte einen professiionellen Eindruck auf uns. Es war nicht schnell und einfach möglich, eine Massage zu bekommen. Die künstlichen Pflanzen im Eingangsbereich sahen sehr plastikhaft aus. |

Muy bien situado para visitar la isla de Sao Miguel. Está en Ponta Delgada, centrico pero sin agobios. Tiene muchos servicios cerca, restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas y parques. Por el precio de la oferta nos pusieron tambien la cama supletoria para la niña. Habitación muy confortable. |
