The room was ready even before check in hours, breakfast provide wide rande of products, nice bathroom and very good beds. The pool should be renovated, as well as painting in th room. The room was a bit dark even if we had the suite on the top floor. |

The buffet breakfast was very complete and full of variety with plenty of local products. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was always helpful. Overall, the price of the amenities is balanced if not for the price of the WiFi acess. The price of the WiFi was very high especially considering there are already lots of Hotels that charge nothing for it. There was rarely any control of room numbers at the breakfast which leads to some unfairiness in the final bill. |

We didn't get to stay long, just one night. The hotel staff was very accomodating and got us a room with a queen size bed after arriving to a room with separate beds. Great view from the restaurant. pool on top floor is very small. |

Very modern lobby. Rooms are nice and modern too. Location a bit far out of city centre. Swimming pool not deep enough (1m20 only!!). There are no flat screen tvs in the room. |

Convenient location for university. Clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Wi-fi throughout the hotel, was more like throughout the lobby, and only every second day, at high cost! The traffic outside was very noisy although the windows were well insulated. |

Hotel simpático, limpo e com boas acessibilidades. Staff razoável, mas com carências ao nível da qualificação. Buffet pouco variado. Pequeno almoço razoável. Publicidade enganosa quando publicitam o ginásio (na verdade o mesmo situa-se num health club contíguo ao ginásio onde é necessário pagar para entrar). Piscina exterior ridícula (tamanho). Piscina interior avariada. Restaurante último piso fechado (grill) em plena época alta - Agosto. |

Da comodidade do quarto, das vistas da cidade e da sua localização. Da limpeza do quarto, muito sofrível, e do facto de encerrarem serviços - restaurante panorâmico e piscina do SPA - sem anúncio atempado, por exemplo, no site do Booking. O afixar de anúncios nas instalações do hotel para este facto revelam pouco respeito pelos clientes. Agosto é o melhor mês para encerrar este tipo de serviços? |
