Hotel Carvoeiro Sol    

Das Zimmer schlecht gereinigt, Balkon völlig verdreckt. Lärm von umleigenden Diskos bis frühmorgens. Anfahrt schlecht beschrieben.

The staff were the friendliest we had come across in Portugal....and that is saying something. They went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable! We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel is well placed in the heart of Carvoeiro. Staff were helpful. Free wifi in lounge foyer was useful. Liked the art exhibition in the hotel.

The rooms were damp and we could not get the heater to work. The weather was wet and we could not dry out our things even in the hotel room. A few cosmetic upgrades in foyer area and rooms would make a big difference.

Broken chair on balcony T.V. needs attention Poor selection of fruit at breakfast. Items could have included prunes, grapefruit etc.,

absolutely central.Close to beach,restaurants,shops. Staff friendly and very very helpful.

Just a little "tired" in appearance.Not enough Lounger facilities around pool.

The location was not far away from the beach - and direct in the middle of the village. The hotel is partly renovated. The staff is friendly. On the whole, value for money is O.k.!

Well to start it is in a great location and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and quality. Nice pool with barman/lady available. Thanks for the made up bed each time we got back!! :)

Just because everything else was so good I hate to complain but a quick vacuum of the floor in the room each day would have been nice.

Very noisy at night due to locality of bars and beach entertainment.

It had an easy going reaxed feeling to the hotel and we felt very comfortable there. No-one bothered us and we came and went about our business as we pleased. Our room was attended to every day, which impressed us, and reception was friendly and helpful. The location, too, was perfect to be able to stroll out and about to all the bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. We shall return.

Rooms were a bit echoey, could hear people talking and children running around in other rooms, but apart from that it was very quiet for the time of year.

Er zat in 1 van de 3kamers kakkerlakken PS kregen gelijk een andere kamer

24 uur bemand. Dus late aankomst geen probleem. Nette kamer. Redelijk verzorgd.

De airco in de kamer kon niet worden uitgezet. Geen afstandbediening aanwezig. Zeer luidruchtig doordat het uitgaans gebied precies bij het hotel gelegen is. Tot 05.00 uur lawaai en herrie !!! Niet kunnen slapen hierdoor.

Não gostei que as toalhas de mesa não fossem substituidas a cada utilização. Apenas passavam uma escova. Se assim é com as mesas ficamos a pensar como será com as camas... Pouca variedade no pequeno- almoço. Estacionamento: medíocre. As portas dos quartos não tem batentes, sempre que alguém fechava uma porta (á hora que fosse) ouvia- se em todo o Hotel.

De este Hotel que no recomiendo a nadie, me ha gustado la eficacia y amabilidad por parte del director del Hotel, que nos resolvio un problema con la habitación en un corto espacio de tiempo, de no haberlo hecho nos hubiermos ido ese mismo día. La ubicación del Hotel excelente, al lado de la playa y de todos los puntos de interes.

La falta de limpieza, llegamos al hotel a las cinco de la tarde y no pudimos entrar hasta las seis porque aún no habían limpiado la habitación. Cuando abrimos la cama para acostarnos nos encontramos que las sábanas no las habían cambiado y la colcha tenía manchas como de pis, el olor en el baño y en todo el Hotel era insoportable olía a tuberías. Aparte de la suciedad en todo el Hotel, los muebles son bastantes viejos.Vamos que necesita una reforma integral. Los desayunos con poca variedad..
