Excelent hotel, nice, comfortable, spacious rooms, professional staff. We have booked superior double room and it was changed to suit without additional charge. We have got very spacious nice cosy one bedroom apartment with two balconies and view to the old walls. The hotel is located just near the old town. Swimming pool was closed. Although weather was not very hot I would swim, becouse I like cold water. Breakfast was good but when food finishs staff was not interested and you could not have even omelette. However, you will find something and will not be hungry.

Sweet hotel in the heart of Evora. Romantic and cozy with a good restaurant serving a nice breakfast buffet included in the room price. The garden and the outside pool are surrounded by the ancient walls of the city. Free parking and wireless internet in the common areas. Best choice of our trip in Portugal.

Everyone was very kind and polite. We went on a Valentine´s day package and everything was great - the champagne they brought to the room, the delicious dinner and the breakfast was very nice too. We got a free upgrade of room, to a suite (awesome balcony). For the price, I think it was completly worth it. The staff is very polite too and friendly. Cosy is the right definition for this hotel, it has the class of a good hotel combining with the origins of a Alentejo City. Good value for money. The late check out at 2pm and the breakfast schedule ´til 11pm was also something we enjoyed. The cable service (tv) could be better (few channels), despite having a good television in the living room and other in the bedroom.

We had a clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet room, very large bath room. Nice view of the lawn and old city wall from our room. Breakfast had a good variety of items, but don't arrive late as the variety diminishes the later you arrive. English language news on the television. Enjoyed being able to park in the hotel garage. Great location with the entire old town within walking distance. Perhaps the best location in Evora if arriving by car.

Very relaxing environment, great location, lovely gardens, attractive pool area, internet in lobby, really nice friendly and helpful staff, great cocktails! Great to have food available all day as it leaves you with the choice to head into town, or stay in the hotel. Had been concerned about comments to do with a busy breakfast room, but we had no bother and there are notices up indicating the busy periods. We usually go for self catering DIY holdays and this was a lovely change.

Breaksfast is great! The hotel has great areas for relaxing: outdoor pool, terraces, etc. You only have to walk 5 minutes and you are in the city centre!

Calm ambience, good food, excelent gardenfor a sunset relaxing moment. Air conditionning noises from other rooms. Lack of carefulness from staff moving tables in the bar, waking everybody at six in the morning.

This hotel is only 10mins walk for Evora centre. The rooms are comfortable and we had a lovely large terrace overlooking the city walls.The breakfast is excellent, although the dining room may be a little small in busy times.The staff are very helpful. The hotel has large group bookings and conferences, which may dominate individual travellers at times. The evening meal was good but we were recommended to try a very expensive wine when the the one we chose was unavailable.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön in einem kleinen Park mit Pool an der Stadtmauer, die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind trotzdem nach kurzem Gang durch die Atststadt zu erreichen, und es hat eine hauseigene Garage. Die Klimaanlage war in der ersten Nacht trotz Bitte es zu ändern zu schwach, den Raum auf eine angenehme Temperatur abzusenken. Das verbesserte sich nach erneuter Nachfrage am zweiten Tag deutlich und zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

A localização é ótima e o hotel é muito bonito e agradável, embora as instalações sejam um pouco antigas. O ar condicionado dos quartos simplesmente não funcionam, sai apenas uma briza. Imaginem Évora com uma temperatura de 34 graus centígrados e você não conseguir dormir de tanto calor. Tivemos que deixar as janelas abertas para minimizar o desconforto...

We kregen zonder meerprijs een suite zeer romantisch en mooi ! zeer sfeervol hotel Zoals meer in portugal functioneerde de airco in dit warme voorjaar niet voldoende. Toch een minpnt voor dit toch 4 sterren hotel
