Excellent location within the city walls of Evora. Very spacious, comfortable rooms, big swimming pool, nice garden, very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast. |

Very high standard A lt of noise from heating Air conditioning all night from a panel in the ceiling of our bed room. Reception peerson said she would have it pput right. It was not put right. |

Its location: right in Evora's downton. The room originally assigned to us had a very intense cigarrete smoke smell. We informed the Front Desk and were promplty moved to another, cleaner, room. |

Swimming pool and sunbathing facilities very impressive and comfortable. The bedrooms were decorated with the distressed look, unfortunately this look was not as impressive as the rest of the hotel decor. |

La ubicación. Está en una zona muy tranquila y a la vez en pleno centro. Está muy mal insonorizado. En la habitación se oye lo que pasa en el pasillo, en las otras habitaciones...Lo peor es que en la habitación había un ruido insoportable todo el día (desde que nos levantábamos hasta las 20.00 horas) avisamos a recpción y nos dijeron que era la ventilación del hotel y que se oía en todas las habitaciones. Por tanto, no puedes dormir y en caso de que quieras ver la tele tienes que aumentar demasiado su volumen para poder oirla.. |
