Room very big, clean, quiet; nice garden. Good parking facilities; good breakfast Few TV-programs, some of them recieved in poor quality (if someone wishes to watch tv there) |

The location is fantastic just inside the city walls and very easy to find. Parking available. Ten minute walk to the main square and all the sites. Lovely spacious room. Fabulous pool. Large outside terraces with big comfy sofas ideal for predinner drinks. Breakfast very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return here. |

Very high standard A lt of noise from heating Air conditioning all night from a panel in the ceiling of our bed room. Reception peerson said she would have it pput right. It was not put right. |

Its location: right in Evora's downton. The room originally assigned to us had a very intense cigarrete smoke smell. We informed the Front Desk and were promplty moved to another, cleaner, room. |

Da vista do quarto para Jardim e Muralhas. Serviço de pequeno almoço e atribuição das mesas. Temos de esperar que um empregado nos leve mesa e depois fomos buscar o pequeno almoço e na volta já estavam uns ingleses na nossa mesa. Empregados resolveram a situação colocando-nos noutra mesa!!!! Mas foram eles que nos deram a mesa. |

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários é brilhante.A decoração e cores do hotel transmitem bem estar e conforto. Estava à espera de encontrar alcatifas nos quartos e tive a bela surpresa de isso não acontecer. Relativamente ao pequeno-almoço, que é de optima qualidade, o tempo de espera é algum. |

A localização do Hotel é excelente, envolvido pelas muralhas da cidade, jardim muito bem arranjado, espaço da piscina muito agradável. Face à localização, permite uma visita a pé pela cidade e principais monumentos. |
