Great location, very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom. Will return to this hotel. The bathroom was tight but very clean. |

Breakfast good . lots of hot water, Friendly staff, beds comfortable, smart/good fittings. Was given a bottle of port on my birthday ! Carpet in room dirty, Air con controls not working correctly |

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean, well equipped and perfect location in the City. Excellent Value for money and reccommend highly. The rooms were small but normal for city center locations like Paris/London etc. |

hotel was clean, quiet, well located and reasonably priced hotel did not provide an iron - airport personnel went through our luggage and all our clothes were wrinkled |

スタッフの対応が大変良かった。 近くにコンビが有り便利。 空港バス停留所からも歩いて５分だったので Taxiに乗る必要が無かった。 朝食のチョイスがもう少しあると良かった。 |

Buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, la habitación bien pero con moqueta un poco sucia, la limpieza regulín, el desayuno abundante Deberían mejorar en limpieza. |

Ubicación. Bien comunicado. No queda lejos de la zona más turística de Lisboa para poder ir andando. Personal amable. Hotel bastante moderno, sencillo, limpio. Correcto el desayuno buffet. No tiene restaurante. Para desayunar se utiliza el salón. Butacas imposibles de mover, pesadas, se atascan en la moqueta y mesas incómodas. Espacio pequeño. Si el hotel está medio lleno no hay plazas suficientes. Tuvímos que compartir mesa con otros huespedes. Internet no es gratuito 2€ los 15 min. El garage está a 2 calles.Reservar es necesario, escasas plazas. |

Trata-se de um hotel bem localizado em relação aos pontos turísticos de Lisboa e de fácil acesso em relação ao aeroporto. Destacam-se a cordialidade dos funcionários, boa acomodação embora o quarto seja um pouco pequeno e um bom café da manhã. Para quem não levar laptop, há alguma dificuldade (horários restritos e custo) na utilização da internet. |

El personal era muy atento y a la llegada al hotel ya te explicaban los sitios más turísticos y como llegar a ellos.El desayuno buffet estaba bastante bien. Que no tenía plazas de garaje para todos los clientes y si no la reservas tienes que aparcar en linea azul por lo que cada poco hay que poner ticket al coche. |

Le camere sono insonorizzate e pulite; il personale è davvero cortese e disponibile; vicinissimo alla metropolitana. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio decisamente questo hotel. Se proprio si vuol indicare una nota negativa le camere, pur confortevoli, non possono dirsi ampie. |

La cortesia e la disponibilità del personale alla reception. Anche se nella zona è possibile trovare parcheggio alternativo, l' assenza di un parking proprio dell' Hotel crea disagio. Devo inoltre segnalare che il sistema di condizionamento dell' aria in camera emetteva polvere e non era molto funzionale. |

Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles wirkt sehr neu. Die Lage zu Metro ist hervorragend und zu Fuss ist man auch schnell in der Stadt. Beim Frühstück bedient man sich komplett selber. |

La disponibilité du personnel toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils sont toujours là pour vous suggérer des visites dans Lisbonne ou les meilleures façon de s'y rendre. Le fait que certaines personnes à l'accueil parlent le Français. Pour le prix, il est dommage de ne pas avoir de restaurant sur place. |
