Hospitality of the staff, free wired internet in the rooms

Was suprissed that my credit card was charged for both nights one day before arrival.

Good location, near to public transport facilities.

Our room was very small for two persons.

Rooms are very comfortable. Good location and great staff. Breakfast has a lot of quality.

Room was very tiny - though, in all fairness I understand this is a European standard in many cases Fair amount of noise from the street at night - city noise

The hotel is clean and confortable, the location is quite convenient for sightseeing as it's almost in the downtown. I really liket the staff, they were very kind and professional. The breakfast was good with tipical portugues sweets (Pastéis de Belém - muito bonitos).

Good location, reasonable price (60 per night) and good breakfast

The airco of the room caused a bad smell, the road side rooms were noisy but that may be expected as the location of the hotel is very central

Excellent location,close to Metro and restaurants. Very helpful staff with a special mention to Ms. Sandra Cardoso, who went out of her way to help us with all info. Great breakfast and free wi-fi too.

The Hair dryer in the washroom didnt work very well.

I loved the staff (they're really kind and speak well several languages), I loved the location (we didnt need to catch the subtway to go to the main areas), and the bedroom was always very clean. We stayied in a good room, everything new, air conditioned working perfectly, very good bathroom, silent at night.

The breakfast is terrible. You dont have many options, and some stuff taste doubtful or just bad. The orange juice, for example, is horrible. I've read a comment on it before booking the hotel, and I thought that the person that made the comment was just someone spoiled that didnt have anything to talk about... But it's actually true and surprising. Orange juice is something that everybody likes to have and this one was not just weird or different, it was actually really horrible. Please change the suppliers and add stuff on your breakfast menu and the hotel will be perfect for me!

Staffs were very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

The staff was very polite, friendly and very professional! The hotel location is great in the heart of Lisbon! And the breakfast have pastel de Nata :)
