Staff in the hotel was really nice, and they knowledge about the city is impressive. They were always able to answer my questions and to assist me whenever was needes. I strongly recommend this hotel. iron and ironing boards are not provided in the rooms |

La disponibilité du personnel toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils sont toujours là pour vous suggérer des visites dans Lisbonne ou les meilleures façon de s'y rendre. Le fait que certaines personnes à l'accueil parlent le Français. Pour le prix, il est dommage de ne pas avoir de restaurant sur place. |

El personal del hotel es muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien. Lo que no me ha gustado del hotel es el tamaño de la habitación, del cuarto de baño y de la cama. Todo realmente pequeño. |

La cama muy cómoda, la limpieza excelente, la habitación y el baño un poco pequeños aunque suficientes y con mobiliario moderno, bastante céntrico sin estar en el meollo (se tarda 10-15 min a pie en llegar al centro), posibilidad de dejar el coche en un garaje concertado por ellos, personal muy amable y cercano. El café del desayuno horrible (agua con café instantáneo), hay que pagar aparte por un expresso normal, si no llegas al principio hay muchas cosas que se acaban y no reponen más. |

La ubicación es buena; los empleados muy atentos; El desayuno buffe sin abundancia lo que ofrecen es correcto. El baño es pequeño; No tiene restaurante ni cafeteria por lo que para cenar solo te ofrecen sopa y empanadillas aunque enfrente hay un local donde puedes tomar lo que quieras (Coffe Pot); |
