hotel was clean, quiet, well located and reasonably priced hotel did not provide an iron - airport personnel went through our luggage and all our clothes were wrinkled |

Staff in the hotel was really nice, and they knowledge about the city is impressive. They were always able to answer my questions and to assist me whenever was needes. I strongly recommend this hotel. iron and ironing boards are not provided in the rooms |

Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles wirkt sehr neu. Die Lage zu Metro ist hervorragend und zu Fuss ist man auch schnell in der Stadt. Beim Frühstück bedient man sich komplett selber. |

La disponibilité du personnel toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils sont toujours là pour vous suggérer des visites dans Lisbonne ou les meilleures façon de s'y rendre. Le fait que certaines personnes à l'accueil parlent le Français. Pour le prix, il est dommage de ne pas avoir de restaurant sur place. |

Hotel bem reformado e com boa localização, muito confortável e com bom café da manhã. Staff muito atencioso e prestativo. Certamente uma recomendação. Ter opção de travesseiros mais baixos. |

La correttezza e l'educazione dello staff, ma la carenza di alcuni servizi, come: ciabatte in camera, cotton fioc, spazzolino da denti e dentifricio, pettine e lamette, una jacuzzi, internet non è affatto gratis! El personal del hotel es muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien. Lo que no me ha gustado del hotel es el tamaño de la habitación, del cuarto de baño y de la cama. Todo realmente pequeño. |
