After complaining about the noise level at night I was informed that this was part of the facilities of the hotel, however iI was not able to sleep until the music stopped at midnight and alsi I was not able to watch TV with the noise level. |

absolutely nothing! I could not wait to get out of the hotel and will never go back! For that price?? Ridiculous! I come from the hotel industry and there is NO WAY that this hotel qualifies as a 4star hotel! I would give it Maximum 3 stars IF even that! to be honest with you, the hotel was as bad as it could get with regards to installation, service and general cleanliness. Old, run down and just awful! |

they were very kind and thoughtful: we were booked a regular land view room but at arrival we were offered to stay in a better room with a beautiful sea view. later we had in the room a nice fruit basket and mineral water. the pool and the garden is really nice! i would just improve the variety of the breakfast and the sleeping pillows! |

your pool and the grass area the hotel is out of date and needs to be up graded i was very suprised and upset to see that you charged extra for use of the gym |

Close to the beach, easy access to shops and restaurants The evening meals were a bit disappointing. The food was not up to the standard of previous 4 star hotels that I stayed in. Breakfast and lunch were great. |

Lo conocia, pero sobre todo su amplitud Las Habitaciones y el baño son antiguas y no propias de un hotel 4 estrellas, las puertas de entrada son ridiculamente pequeñas. Tuve que esperar minutos para poder pagar ya que me querian cobrar otro precio mayor del reservado. Tuve que esperar que viniera un superior o me lo cargaban en cuenta. Mal |

Piscina e a sua área envolvente - excelente! Urge adoptar outro sistema para o pequeno-almoço quando o hotel está lotado, ou seja evitar que os hóspedes acordem e tenham de estar numa fila em pé 15 minutos para tomar o pequeno-almoço (o qual diga-se não é de todo de 4 estrelas!). A limpeza do quarto tem de ser atempada - às 15h é tardíssimo! A ventilação do WC não funcionava! Isto n é férias! Mt menos serviço de 4 estrelas! UMA REFORMA P.F.! |
