General lack of pre planning and very little interest in customer satisfaction, not just in my direction a number of other guests were outwardly unhappy as well. Not good !!

Noisy in rooms at night. No business centre, only one desk top at bar. Charged €4 to access a very basic Gym. No evidence of security. Adult pool taken over by noisy ball throwing males. Charging for WiFi, €2.50 hour.

The position of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walk from lovely beach and great beach bar also 5 mins walk from the marina. The hotel is large and clean

General unfriendlines on reception, not sure this is being taken on board having seen other reviews and the responses from the management. I really friendly smile costs nothing, felt slightly as if we were begging for favours when asking for things like a wake up call.

Nearly nothing to put into words.

Extremely bad quality breakfast. Don't be fooled about the "4 stars". This hotel fits in a two or three stars (max) hotel. Rooms are extremely old fashion, and the beds feel like they were owned by my grandparents. The pool is extremely small and there are no / not enough umbrellas. It is an extremely tall building, which obviously shouldn't be used as an hotel, but rather as a pension. For reference, the bed sheets had some sort of reddish ink drops, which I could easily suspect is blood. Extremely bad taste that they tried to hide this by putting a paper on top of it...! I've been all around in Portugal, Pensions and Hotels, and for reference, quality versus price is not an option in this offering. This hotel sux as high as it costs.

The location is superb! 5min walking from marina and 2 min from beach. The hotel is not "state of the art" but is OK. The pool and Spa are very good

Good location. Close to the beach and to shops and resturants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and spacious. We were staying on a b and b basis and breakfast was adequate. Reception staff very good and helpful in accommodating and additional guest we wished to have stay with us.

A little disappointed that we had to request replacement of bathroom consumables towards end of stay. Toasters were not efficient.

We had stayed in the Don Pedro 32 years ago and where very happy with it then and it didn't disappoint on our return visit. In nice quiet area close to beach and about 4 mins walk to Marina. The pool and garden area is nicely designed and very relaxing. We stayed on a b & b basis and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The gardens were relaxing and there were plenty of sunbeds. The breakfast was good quality and well stocked up and the hotel was well situated close to the beach and marina. We enjoyed our stay here very much and had a lovely holiday and would return.

close to beach and 5 mins walk to villamora marina. Nice clean big pool with well kept gardens with plenty of shade under trees but none around pool If staying for longer and in high season no shade around the pool might be a problem.

We were really pleased with the standard of the hotel. Great room and really nice pool area. Hotel appeared to have been recently renovated with new tiled bathrooms and flat screen tvs in the bedrooms. Highly Recommended!
