I did not like the fact that the Portobelo is not a 4* hotel and clearly is not as the same standard as the Dom Pedro Marina, it is very misleading upon booking that you think you are getting 4* hotel facilities when you are not, this building is designed for self catering guests wanting appartments not guests wanting to stay in a hotel with facilities and service included. |

localização. Demolir o Hotel e construir um novo... Mobília já ultrapassada, camas minusculas. Piscina em obras com inicio das obras e picaretas ás 8 da manhã... lamentável. |

Vista sobre o mar, depois de solicitarmos a troca de apartamento que inicialmente era para as traseiras, frio e sem sol; Pequeno almoço. Solicitou-se Twin, mas não havia T1 com 2 camas; não havia secador; apartamento sem cofre; ar condicionado deficiente; casa de banho exígua; barulhento devido à instalação da central de ar condicionado; exigência de pagamento antecipado no check in !!! Máximo 3 estrelas! |
