Location is very good,near marina .studio rooms great for mix of hotel with self catering if needed

Bathrooms v tired looking .Lack of lighting in room

Room was excellent

Although the hotel seemed half empty we still didn't get a sea view room,

No washing up liquid . oil. Salt and pepper basic things that should be in a kitchenette. I stayed I oura view beach in sept last year they supplied basics

Love the hotel location which is so handy for the marina and also the lovely sea view. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

Rooms are a bit tired, especially the bathrooms and felt the beds were a bit hard.

Excellent location, spacious apartment, great value for money

My wife thought the beds were a bit hard. Can't say I noticed, but I've always been the sort of person who can sleep on a pool table.

Had a bit of a cool reception on arrival, but that was negated as the reception attendent turned out to be very friendly...just not when we first arrived.

The hotel staff organising breakfast and lunch was amazing the lady was out of this world for the service offered!!! She deserves a pay rise!!! the room was clean and quiet.

Great location, a few minutes from beach and marina. Supermarket close by. Room was cleaned every day and a fresh daily change of towels.

Furniture and decor very outdated and drab. Kitchen area was very basic.Did not like spending a morning with sales people trying to promote time share. We were not interested. Would have liked more information at reception re buses and tours etc

Initially pool was far too cold but that was rectified fairly quickly

A very pleasing hotel, well located for my business. Also close by the marina with its varied attractive dining choices. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Great value for money, especially for a hotel of this class. I would certainly look to stay here again on a return visit.

I found no reason to criticise this hotel.

Very large rooms, spotlessly clean, and good facilities. Amazing location right near the Marina. Lovely pool and bar food.

Location

there needs to be lighting on the outside of the hotel, for guests returning late at night. I felf uncomfortable, as there was little or no lighting. There should be basics in the room ie, washing up liquid, sponges etc, even putting additional on the room, would be good. As the cleaners would not was pots etc, i had to buy all these things, this is not what was expected

Localização próxima do local do congresso e curso. Foi o mais económico que arranjei dos que dava para ir a pé em menos de 10minutos para o local do congresso (na Marina).

Não aconselho para quem quer ficar mais tempo e aproveitar o sol e a praia: há hoteis mais próximos da praia, com melhores piscinas e zonas comuns e sobretudo com melhores condições no quarto. Este não era mau mas também não era bom.

Preço

Da localização e do espaço do apartamento.

Equipamentos já bastante desatualizados : tv, cozinha, casa de banho sem tomada e secador. Bar restaurante fechados e Net paga. Acesso piscina interior só através D.Pedro Golf e sujeita pagamento de €15 p/pax.

A relação qualidade-preço é fabulosa. O hotel está extremamente bem localizado, de onde podemos ir a pé até à marina de Vilamoura, casino, etc. O apartamento tem áreas muito boas e um terraço enorme, excelente vista. Em geral excelente hotel a um preço muito competitivo.

Não tinha secador disponível, foi o único detalhe que falhou.

O hotel está velho, maltratado e cheira a mofo, a relação preço qualidade é francamente má.

Boa relação qualidade/preço. Excelente localização. Possibilidade de usufruir dos serviços e areas de lazer dos outros 2 hotéis Dom Pedro, adjacentes ao Portobelo.

O restaurante servir apenas refeições ao almoço e jantar e não servir os pequenos almoços. O preço das refeições à "La Carte", são exgeradamente caras para a qualidade de serviço apresentada, principalmente comparando com o preço das refeições do Dom Pedro Marina e Dom Pedro Golf.

Limpeza impecável, localização privilegiada. Recomendo este Hotel.

As cozinhas estão a necessitar de uma remodelação.

Casa de banho muito suja e muito antiga, precisa remodelaçao. As portas dos quartos não tem insonorizaçao alguma para os corredores. Ouve se muito barulho no quarto!
