the location and the fact that the hotel is recently refurbished The staff at the reception do not have a good level of speaking nor understanding english. They have a very basic knowledge of english. The rooms are too minimalistically furnished and with only basic facilities. |

Breakfast was excellent, mostlly friendly staff. A bit lacking about info re how to get to Zoo marine tho and we ended up on the side of the road looking for a non existant taxi. There was no wardrobe - so it was hard to hang up all clothes for 2 women. No tea or coffee making facilities. |

Great location, staff were brilliant - they could not do enough to help and always made sure we had everything we needed. The family room we booked was particularly good. The hotel was spotlessly clean. |

Very nice room, great roof terrace, very nice staff, free boat transfer to the beach, ability to use internet access time spread out over several sessions. Very cold in the hallways, safe not bolted down, airco ducting a bit noisy. |
