la camera era molto pulita e confortevole manca una piscina perchè avendo voi l'oceano molto freddo, sarebbe bello poter arrivare in hotel il pomeriggio tardo e farsi un bel bagno..manca una tessera magnetica per il garage per uscire onde evitare ogni volta di dover passare in reception. internet non dovrebbe essere a pagamento ma disponibile gratuitamente |

It is a very nice hotel, with a wonderful view from the restaurant on the last floor. Excellent price to quality ratio. |

Breakfast was good. The staff was kind. The staff in reception had no idea about the package we hired when we reserved the hotel room (nature circuit). I had to ask for whatever was included in the package several times to different persons. The hotel was not smoking, I don't like that. I had to pay 10 euros per day for the parking. The food was expensive if you had dinner or lunch there. The area where the hotel is located is boring; nothing to do around the hotel. The beach was far away from the hotel. We had to take a 30 minutes catamaran trip to an island to go to a beach; luckily it was for free. |

Terrific views of the marina and town from the restaurant terrace on the 4th floor especially at night. All the staff we very friendly and helpful.Received a complimentary basket of fruit because our room was not ready on checking in.We only had to wait for 15 minutes. |

The hotel has an excellent location, is silent, is confortable and is very clean. I believe that once again in Faro I will look for a room reservation there. I had to pay for parking my car. |

Central situation in old town. Cafes, restaurants & shops all easy walking distance. Lovely view over Marina. Good breakfast. There was no lounge area and no loungers on the roof terrace. |
