На мой взгляд это не 4 звезды! дом как я понимаю занимает и отель и бизнес центр или банк! от фойе есть ощущение что ты в бизнес центре а не в 4звездочном отеле на океане в Португалии! довольно чистый отель но как написала ранее в отзывах какая-то бабушка из Англии - нет души и атмосферы и очень похоже на клинику! завтрак неплохой с хорошим видом на марину и центр! и бесплатный катамаран на безумно красивый пляж, усыпанный ракушками (для детей и девушек) и место с хорошими волнами (для серферов) и неплохой ресторан на берегу! это скрасило пребывание в этом отеле! и все равно спасибо ) вселить дух и атмосферу в этот отель! центральное месторасположение но нет ничего от отеля - как будто клиника! хотя чисто и все новое! |

It was close to all amenties and within walking distance of the main shopping areas etc. The bar at night had a poor atmosphere and seating was not comfortable, so one was inclined to leave early. |

Excellent food in Restaurant, good value breakfast, first rate reception staff.Was presented with Bottle of Champagne on arrival - my birtrhday!Clean room, crisp white sheets and pillowcases, minibar available at value prices, Breakfast staff still asleep and not aware of the needs of their customers. However was able to help myself, so no problems. |

The hotel is central for the airport, great foran overnight stay and in the centre for lovely restaurants and shops and the marina. |

Friendly Reception, Clean Room,Spotless Bathroom (brilliant shower) Good Breakfast in rooftop restaurant with great views over the sea/city. No stairway so had to use the lift all the time, this made the lift very busy ( and slow) |

We got a very nice package which included a room upgrade. The room was very nice, and with many english speaking television channels. The staff was very considerate and helpful, I felt they went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable. The website stated that a 2 1/2 hour tour was included in the package, when we went to book the tour we were told it was only a ferry ride to the restraunt on the point. It worked out okay, because it was a little chilly so we were not too disappointed. |

seriously yummy breakfast, fab rooftop bar with view over ria formosa, right beside historic area and really nice restaurants nearby kinda pricey but pretty much worth it! |

We thoroughly enjoyed the excursion provided by the hotel ,to visit the deserta island ,by catamaran. air conditioning not adequate. |

Central City & marina location. parking no problem. Roof top restuarant with views across Faro harbour & Old Town. Very clean Family twin connected rooms (no sea view :-()) minimal services for a "up market hotel price". Expensive for the services provided. |

It was very central to the town. Nice buffet breakfast. Hotel staff helpful when asked for directions etc. but never greeted us or acknowledged us in any way. Stayed for 12 days and never once were asked if everything was ok or anything like that. When checking out, I was expecting "did you enjoy your stay" or something like that, but the receptionist just handed me the bill and that was it. Air conditioning in room very poor! |

Lovely staff and bright clean rooms, Having breakfast with fantastic panoramic views from terrace restaurant. Quite noisy due to its city centre location where every night there was live street entertainment. |

The Hotel is well situated in the centre of Faro. The roof top restaurant was a suberb location and the standard of food was very good and not over expensive for the location. |

The fact that a transfer to a 'Deserted Island' was included in the price. We had a fantasticc time there and would urge travellers to take advantage of this offer. |

The Staff were very friendly and hospitable. We were there for two nights and enjoyed the hotel very much (although a bit noisy with the live music outside until early hours but that is not the Hotels fault). Very good breakfast on top of the roof. The boat trip to the beautiful beach was good too. Faro comes alive at night with lots of things going on and some of it for free! |
