The hotel and room decor was lovely! We stayed in room 920 'Marilyn Monroe' and it was just gorgeous! The room was a very good size and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel was about a 15min walk down the main avenue to the central square and main tourist areas. The bathroom was quite small especially compared to the size of the room. The air-conditioner dripped but it wasn't a major problem. |

Room was modern, clean and comfortable. When we asked to move rooms the reception staff did so willingly. Dreadful smell in the bathroom on second day and had to move rooms - second room not quite as good as first room and bathroom still had a bad smell (although not quite so bad as first room and so couldn't be bothered to move again). |

The receptionist had an adorably unconventional sense of humor. Also the room was nice and spatious and we enjoied the opportunity to make your own tea or coffee in the room. Additionally, the location of the hotel is rather good. We had asked for a room for nonsomkers, but it was still a smokers room and stank a little. Also the view from the window was rather boring. Also, paying extra money for internet seems a bit out-of-date. But otherwise it was a pleasing experience! |

The room was clean. the hotel was sterile and like a hospital. I did not like the atmosphere. The room was small and they were cheap on the soap. |

Staff very courteous The first night there was a smell of sewerage in room it got unbearable the 2nd night it was an effort to get a shift in room at 6am noone could inspect as night porter was only staff in attendance |

Su ubicación, muy centrica y al lado del metro. El cuarto de baño de la habitación olía bastante mal (a cloaca) a diferentes horas del día. |

Hotel ubicato in ottima posizione, nelle vicinanze del centro (800 metri da P. Restauradores), a pochi minuti dalla fermata di taxi, metropolitana e bus turistici. Camera (quadrifamiliare) e bagno moderni e puliti. Colazione varia e ricca. Freddezza del personale della reception, assenza di ristorante. Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo. |

L'arredamento che si rifà al cinema, ogni camera ha un nome di un attore o di un regista o di un film; carino, ma niente di eccezionale il prezzo comunque non in linea con altri hotel simili e senza colazione |

bonne climatisation, bien situé dans Lisbonne, facile d'accès, idéal pour business man de passage, mais certainement pas pour un touriste à la semaine. Immeuble refait à neuf. Pour un prix assez élevé, les chambres sont petites. De plus, n'hésitez pas à réclamer à la réception, du papier hygiénique, le changement des serviettes ou même le passage de la femme de chambre l'après midi. Mauvaise isolation phonique des chambres (facile pour écouter vos voisins, ou entendre le passages des femmes de chambres à l'étage) |

La decoración, basada en el cine. La situación en la ciudad. Zona de fumadores confortable. Buen precio. El apestoso olor a alcantarilla que desprendía el baño. Las vistas a un patio horrible, aunque no llovia, entraba el rocío de los ventiladores por la ventana, aparte de ser ruidosos. Misteriosos ruidos procedentes de las habitaciones contiguas, que hacía pensar que alguien estaba jugando a Jumanji. Cabe decir que al segundo día nos cambiaron de habitación a una mucho mejor, menor olor a pozo y más espaciosa. Personal muy raro. Mucho yonki (inofensivo, que habla con Dios) por la zona. Dificil localización de un supermercado. Imposible aparcamiento gratuito en un radio de 10 paradas de metro, situado al lado de viviendas de protección oficial. |

Está muy bien ubicado, la decoración es diferente y hace la estancia agradable. La opción standard en la habitación doble es 2 camas, se oye algo de ruido del pasillo y no tienen botiquín. |

La relación calidad\precio. La habitación, espaciosa, luminosa e impoluta. Camas grandes y muy confortables. La situación, zona tranquila y muy cerca del centro (10 minutos andando de la plaza de restauradores). El olor a cañerías. Hay que tener cuidado y dejar cerrados los tapones de los sanitarios o te puedes encontrar un desagradable olor en la habitación al volver. El personal no es especialmente agradable. Correctos pero sobrios. |

El diseño de las habitaciones, cuesta ver algo tan moderno en Portugal...Le faltan algunas cosas para ser un cuatro estrellas español pero en general está muy bien,y la relación calidad precio es estupenda (160€ 3 noches sin desayuno). Además está en muy buena zona, a 10-15 minutos andando del centro (bajas la calle principal y tienes Baixa a un lado y el barrio alto al otro) el metro está muy cerca. No tenían parking en el mismo hotel, te ofertaban quedarte en el parking de otro hotel de la cadena 3 calles más arriba (merece la pena porque el aparcamiento en la calle es de pago), cuesta 12€ al día. |
