Gennemført design på hele hotellet i alle detaljer. Fremragende morgenmad. Den bedste placering man kan tænke sig midt i centrum. Nyd endelig en drink eller café latte i hotellet bar med udsigt over Rossio pladsen. |

Super hotel, sødt personale, dejlige rum og lækkert. Perfekt beliggenhed, med gå-afstand til det meste. Ville gerne bo der igen. At baren gøres mere anvendelig. Det er faktsik et super lokale, men der mangler stemning og ikke mindst et bredere udvalg, vi kunne kun bestille vin og øl - ikke overbevisende. |

very nice, welcoming staff at the reception, nespressso machine in the room for free, very helpful with recommandations in Lisbon, we asked for bath and balcony before arrival and we got it! a bit noisy from the street, because it is in the very centre(!!) |

Hotel is well situated right in the centre of Lisbon, we do not like breakfast early so was ideal to have an option of no breakfast. I really really dislike having plastic covered mattress protectors on the bed, being menopausal, i sweated all night long!! They are also really really noisy, please please replace them they really let your hotel down. |

The hotel was very unique, modern. Great location, in the very center and easy to get everywhere. Helpful staff at the reception. The S room was really small, no place to put your clothes or your make up in the bathroom. A lot of noise from the street.. would be better to have a room not facing to the street. |

The hotel could not have been located better, right in the middle of everything. It was quiet, nevertheless, because of the double-glazed windows. The daily breakfast was plentiful and quite good. Lisbon is a great place to explore. |

Proximity to the old town of Lisbon and access to public transport. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful and they allowed us to move rooms when the noise and the light from the street at night was unbearable on our first night. Beds were extremely small and very uncomfortable even in a large room and it meant over our four day stay neither one of us slept even after moving to the fourth floor; first room was a tribal room very nicely designed but no balcony as promised as per the hotel's own guide, very noisy room too close to a very busy street and glaring street lightening; our 2nd room was the pop style was still bright at night despite blind, noise of cleaning staff and hammering in the hotel in the mornings. Hotel design is very funky but not a luxury stay by any stretch of the imagination and way overpriced considering the uncomfortable rooms. Over priced water in hotel bar! Very much an acquired taste hotel |

The bedroom was very fantastic, bright, spacey, fun and very clean. We had a great view, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fun and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just a nice place to be! We used the bar every night, it was well priced, trendy and friendly. No. It was more than perfect. |

Fantastic location, v helpful staff, if possible have breakfast before 9am as it becomes v depleted after, a lot of items were not replenished during our stay, apart from this breakfast was excellent, amazing fresh fruit salad. |

The location was superb. Close to all main atractions,restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are small sized and even though we booked a large room it was really tiny but they changed us to a larger one. |

International design Hotel isreally a gem in Lisbon. Nothing you can request to complaint, everything is perfect, no matter the location, the design of the hotel, the service of all the staff. All the staff is so helpful, I always travel alone in Europe, I can say this is the best hotel in Europe. |

The breakfast-room and the service! Parking was full and just a short answer that there was still a public-one. No help offered and we were walking with all our stuff on the street.Airconditioning not sufficient.We ware in a 'large' room, what about a 'small'-one???? |

The hotel is very well located at the south side of Rossio square,right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Despite having paid extra for a large room, our room was tiny, had very little storage, and lacked some of the advertised facilities, eg no coffee maker. The bathroom was designed for midgets. We complained but the staff were not prepared to move us. The faux-zen sayings on the walls are frankly pretentious. |
