The service was very helpful and rooms were very cool. Location was great. The recommendations by staff for places to eat were top notch. Rooms are very modern, each had a sony flat screen on the wall. Staff went out of their way to provide my group with information. Diego, hope I spelled your name right, provided us with the best customer service I have ever had in a European hotel. Also it was nice waking up every morning and seeing a blond beautiful girl greeting me ; ) Hotel says 4 star, but I would give it a 5 Needs a swimming pool on the roof

The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was a problem and they responded to any questions and requests we had in an extremely efficient, friendly and informative manner. Their knowledge about where to eat and how to get around Lisbon and the surronding areas such as Sintra, Cascais etc meant that we saved on tours and did everything ourselves with a minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Lisbon given the highly professional and postive approach, the central location and value for money.

We liked everything about this hotel. Design is not only the word in the name, but really everywhere in the hotel, making it an attractive spot. The room featured: Nespresso machine with free capsules, wlecoming bottle of mineral water, bathroom with the view on the main square, bathtbe with whirpool function and three balconies! We arrived late at nigh, but the receptionist gave us a very warm welcome, doing his best to make us feel at home. The bed was huge and matrace very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with famous Pasteis de Nata. One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. Was a pity that we booked it only for one night!

The hotel location is perfect. It's right next to Figueira Square where you can take Aerobus from and to the airport. It is very convenient. The staff is nice and friendly. I have got the room upgraded and stayed in Urban l room. It is very spacious and very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The hotel provided Nespresso in the room which is a plus. The breakfast is outstanding - lots of variety. I had a wonderful good time there in Lisbon and the hotel plays a major part of it.

Very beautifull hotel. Nice rooms with all you need. More than excellent break-fast. Best location you can have. And always a kindfull stafmember around to help with problems. Free drink at arrival. free internet (not usual in Lisbon). I'll be back soon. Maybe the size of the rooms, but for me, my wife and 1 child it was no problem. The design but opaque door to the bathroom may be a problem for some people but for me it was no problem.

We were "upgraded" to the 3rd floor Zen level. Our room was therefore bigger, but not big. Beds and bedding were excellent. Nice pocket sliding drawers under the bed to get stuff out of the way. Breakfast was really, really good and the coffee the best I had in all of Portugal. Location could not be beat. Front desk staff helpful, but a bit uppity. Doorman was great. Wifi excellent. Hotel lounge/breakfast room had an amazing view. Style over substance particularly in the bathroom where there was no counter space, but potential room for a counter. A bit pricey, but the bells and whistles were worth it.

Great design, amazing staff, and a perfect location! The hotel's design is very modern & super nice! The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful! And the location of the hotel is perfect as it is in the city center and very well communicated (Walking distance from lots of places, Rossio metro station right next to the hotel, tramway stop right next to the hotel, surrounded by many shops. etc.). I highly recommend this hotel!

We loved this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to many sites, easy access to public transport. Many restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and going out of their way to ensure you have what you need. The design is fun and interesting. The breakfast provides a large choice and is very good. The details in the restaurant are great - decoration of the room, dishes, presentation. It's a small hotel. Our room was a bit awkward for a tall person as it had slanted ceilings - a bit of a challenge in the bathroom and shower. The rooms are small as others have indicated, but quite functional and a non-issue for us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Relaxed, friendly staff, but without too much fuss - always helpful . Superbly located for access to city facilities. Breakfast very good. Room folder needs updating to be compatible with TV/Heating and Services. Curtains needed rather than nets for a window overlooked from neighbouring buildings

Within easy access to everything, train, tram and metro plus shopping district. The castle just a short walk away. loved the breakfast. Couldn't fault it - Enjoyed our stay.

A really pleasant stay in a very comfortable hotel. Possibly one of the best attributes is the accessability/location of the hotel. Staff were really helpful and freindly. Definetenity recommend it.

The location is perfect - right in the centre of Lisbon - note -two minute walk from the Airport Bus stop - saves being ripped off by taxi drivers. Great breakfast - Right next to the town centre shopping area. The hotel was clean and tidy, good, polite and friendly staff. Excellent value.

central location, wifi signal was strong. I liked the fact that the windows in the room opened. Good soundproofing. Pillows were not so good. For more than one night, the S or M rooms are probably a bit too small.
