Sijainti on varmaan kaupungin paras. Huoneiden kokoluokitus on hauska. Meillä oli pieni huone (S), mutta se oli aivan riittävä kahdelle aikuiselle ja sisälsi kaiken tarpeellisen. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, mikä oli tärkeää, koska meille sattui varsinaiset hellepäivät. Sänky olisi voinut olla vähän pehmeämpi. |

We loved everything. Hotel is very close to lots of attractions and to the subway. Lovely and helpful staff. Hotel design is very creative and beautiful. |

The bedroom was very fantastic, bright, spacey, fun and very clean. We had a great view, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was fun and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just a nice place to be! We used the bar every night, it was well priced, trendy and friendly. No. It was more than perfect. |

Fantastic location, v helpful staff, if possible have breakfast before 9am as it becomes v depleted after, a lot of items were not replenished during our stay, apart from this breakfast was excellent, amazing fresh fruit salad. |

The location was superb. Close to all main atractions,restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are small sized and even though we booked a large room it was really tiny but they changed us to a larger one. |

International design Hotel isreally a gem in Lisbon. Nothing you can request to complaint, everything is perfect, no matter the location, the design of the hotel, the service of all the staff. All the staff is so helpful, I always travel alone in Europe, I can say this is the best hotel in Europe. |

The breakfast-room and the service! Parking was full and just a short answer that there was still a public-one. No help offered and we were walking with all our stuff on the street.Airconditioning not sufficient.We ware in a 'large' room, what about a 'small'-one???? |

The hotel is very well located at the south side of Rossio square,right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Despite having paid extra for a large room, our room was tiny, had very little storage, and lacked some of the advertised facilities, eg no coffee maker. The bathroom was designed for midgets. We complained but the staff were not prepared to move us. The faux-zen sayings on the walls are frankly pretentious. |

Hotel was lovely - really liked the attention to detail and all the different art and design - stunning! Stayed on the Zen floor which was very nicely done - rooms were really nice. Hotel, the location, the design and the staff were all great and a very high standard. Only complaint was that the bed and the room was too small -stayed in s size room which was very small. The bed was way too small (for the 2 of us) also and uncomfortable because of that- dont think it was even the size of a double!! This reason alone would put me off booking the hotel again. Otherwise the hotel itself, the location, the design and the staff were all great and a very high standard. |

The staff and location was great. The manager eventually reversed the charges for our room. Moved to three different rooms, each with a broken air conditioner. Ended up in a room with only a small double bed. No manager to help us. |

Excellent location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Air conditioning setting could only be set at high or hurricane, and blowing right at our heads while in bed, all night long. Turning it off was not an option as the room would turn stuffy quickly. Wireless internet could not be accessed from our room. |

Excellent hotel and location with friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast service and staff particularly friendly and helpfull.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to our friends. |

Positioning in the centre of the Lisboa Black toilet paper - questionable from the point of sanitary requirements. But we got after asking normal (white) one, no problem here. |

The best location posible -in the heart of life. Very nice, cleen ,new. Friendly stuff. No public computer .Very good windows prevent noise from street, but much noise of doors opening and closing from the inside ,especialy in the morning when I wished to have some sleep. |
