Vriendelijke ontvangst en bediening.Receptie zeer behulpzaam en kennis van de stad.Hotel is mooi verbouwd en heeft een luxe uitstraling.Locatie is midden in oude centrum Lissabon en daardoor gunstig gelegen om te voet een aantal highlights te bezoeken. Hotel is weliswaar fraai verbouwd maar heeft kennelijk nog de oude infrastructuur van wanden en plafonds waardoor de gehorigheid niet helemaal past bij de status van het hotel. |

Het hotel is net nieuw en de kamers zijn schoon. Ondanks ligging midden in de stad (perfect om de hele stad te verkennen) beperkte geluidshinder van buiten. Aanrader voor een stedentrip. De bedden in de goedkoopste kamer zijn met 140 cm niet meer van deze tijd voor een hotel van een dergelijke klasse. Wel prima in geslapen... |

Location was amazing, Design was unique, staff were very friendly! I couldn't have asked for anything more! It does get a little noisy since it's situated between two main squares, but the noise usually stopped by around midnight. |

Great location in tourist centre of city. Clean and well designed rooms. Great view. Perfect choice for a city break. Pretentious 'zen' quote on bathroom wall, although it was quite amusing. |

The staff was very helpful, friendly and the hotel was clean and very modern. Central location of downtown Lisbon was perfect, close to many attractions. Highly recommend this hotel. |

Best possible location, underground parking across the street (discounted for hotel clients), hi-tech feeling & brand new hotel, m room reasonably large with expresso machine, right in the pedestrian zone and close to the restaurants and cafes, nice balcony with the street view, just as described on the website! Internet did not work during the entire stay, but really and excellent hotel, hardly anything wrong with it..! |

Very good location for sightseeing. Nice and helpfull staff. Bus and metro very near at the hotel, also ticket office and restaurants. Clean and trendy rooms. The room was larger than expected. The window shows an ugly backyard. You must close the window, becaus it was to loudly outthere.Problems with aircondition. The air condition was out of order for one whole night (29 degree Celsius in the room), we can`t sleep. No apologize from the direction. So, the hotel get not full points for service and facility. |

The hotel is located at the very centre of the city, making it ideal for sight-seeing, shopping, dining and going out at night. I liked just about everything, especially its style and decoration. Also, the staff were very polite and helpful. |

We found our stay at Internacional Design Hotel one of the best we've ever had. There was not one bad thing I could say about this hotel. The staff were very helpful when we were asking about restaurants and bookings. The design of the hotel was amazing and check out the bar - beautifully decorated to the highest standard and overlooking the square. I didn't want to leave! Nothing at all - it was amazing! |

Not a big fan of pink room but the room was comfortably large and very clean. Location was excellently convenient. Staff was kind and helpful. Cushon sofa chair was cozy. Pink toilet paper. |

A brand new, shiny and really great hotel. The location cannot be better. Black toilet paper and calf skins on the floor does it for me. Not a cheap one, but I got an incredible deal through booking.com. A small double room is quite small indeed and faces a courtyard, which probably is a good thing as it makes it quiet. However, given a full price (250 euro without breakfast) I would not pay my own money for it. The only complaint is that the bed was too short for me... |

This is a great hotel. Well located for all of Lisbon sightseeing. They try to make the place up to date without it being overly stuffy. Free internet was great! This place tries very hard (perhaps too hard) to be trendy. Lot's of trite sayings on the walls and very "W" like. But if you enjoy being in a "today" hotel, you will love this place. Also, parking at 20 euros was very high. But if you arrive Saturday night and stay through Sunday, you can park on the street for free. |
