Once again International Design Hotel did not disappoint us. this is our 3rd stay at the hotel and it was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel always clean. Its situated to all the shops, restaurants, site seeings. Will definitely stay there AGAIN

Location was perfect, right in the heart of Downtown Lisbon with immediate and easy access to EVERYTHINHG. amenities were very good, buffet breakfast excellent, atmosphere and decor was very modern and promoted relaxation. Bar/breakfast/light meal room was huge, beautiful, wonderfully decorated, and i found the rooms and area to be peaceful and quiet.

Rooms were extremely small, they packed in every ounce to fill the space, so there was not much room to maneuver around.

The location of the hotel is excelent. Right in the middle of everything, surrounded by shopping streets and art. You can really buy anything just outside the door.. I mean.. anything... Rooms were very spacious, I liked the funny messages strategically placed around.

My girlfriend said theat the bathroom was dark..

The breakfast, The location, I think I would have liked the bar, had it been open. Friendly staff.

The bar and restaurant was closed. That the room was only available late, even though I had asked for a room early as I arrived in Lisbon at 6:00 in the morning. The mini bar was not filled up and account was not made every day, menaining that I got an extra bill after I had left - even though I had reported what I been taking the last day.

Great service, clean, good breakfast, perfect location. Good soundproofing, nice sleeping in a street view room. Love the hotel, would come again and would recommend to other people.

Beggars/drug dealers in front of the hotel are bothersome and can be persistent.

The lift is slow and each floor is divided in two, so depending on where your room is, you may have to walk down the stairs (with luggages)

This hotel is very modern and has a trendy/funky decor. The location was excellent for shopping, taxis and restaurants. The staff were perfect, super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were looked after - even recommending a restaurant (that was inexpensive and wonderful food) and rang to see if we could get in. The bar is a nice open room and we were given a welcome drink voucher upon arrival. Has air con, fully stocked mini-bar, room safe, hair dryer and good shower with all the toiletries.

Only tables for 4 at breakfast had bench seats which were not too low and not comfortable for eating No comfy chair in bedroom

Great location right off the Rossio square with easy access to all central parts of Lisbon. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and modern design.

The elevator stops between floors, so if you have mobility issues or heavy suitcases, it could be a problem. It's not a complaint, just a point of information.
