Hotel Lisboa  

The only thing they cam improve was the tea/coffee in the breakfast area, pretty grim. That's all though.

Nice hotel, close to downtown, good standard of the rooms

It is a very reasonable-priced hotel in the centre of Lisbon with friendly, helpfil staff and modern, clean rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a nicely furnished room with a nice bathroom. The bed was great. The ladies at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We liked that the hotel was not located in the busiest part of the city. It was only a 20 minute walk to the main sites. We found a great little place outside the hotel for our daily breakfast. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very good hotel for the money! Executive room is perfect, spacious. The only problem is a tv, not enough channels, not even in spanish. Otherwise, everything was very good! Thanks.

Modern hotel located in the centre of the city but rather quiet. Close to two metro stations. Easy access to train station and bus stop. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast - choice of fruits, cheese, ham, jamon, hot sausages, bacon and scrambled eggs. Choice of pastries including national "pastel", also muesli and yoghurt. While getting ready for the trip we searched among more expensive hotels but when we saw their locations during our visit we were happy we had chosen Hotel Lisboa.

Despite "no disturb" sign maids made up our room. The room number 701 is right under the technical attic so it was rather noisy. But fortunately we had been given another room on our first request.

Central Location with easy walking distance to most landmarks and squares

Great stuff Nice and friendly people Very well located from the airport, from the metro stations. Big confortable rooms Classy, trendy place. Worth the price.

I was probabbly expecting a bit more from a 4 star hotel. It is very well located although I would have liked to be more close to the city center or Bairro Alto. I has a room in the first floor which was (I suppose) for handicapped people, with all the facilities for it, which is great of course if you need such. In my case, being on my own, it did lack a bit of charm eventhough of course it was very confrotable and spacious. I was a bit cold during the night, andthe room was only warm until 20 degrees. It would not go higher. The staff is very friendly and helpfull indeed, but again... There was something I was not so convinced about it. I do recommend it though!

The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable and it was in easy walking distance to downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful.

The service from the chambermaids was not very good - did not replenish the tea & coffee each day, also no milk provided! The standard of food in the Chutney Bistro was awful. It should not be called a "Bistro"! The service for hot beverages in the dining room at breakfast varied from good to bad depending on the waitress on duty.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The gentlemen at the front desk were so helpful with making dinner reservations. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. The metro stop is very close and the location to other areas is very convenient. The breakfast was delightful.

The only problem I had was the lack of lighting over the bathroom mirror. Better lighting would be nice.
