Lifttüre zu laut, schlägt jedesmal lautstark zu. Eine ganze Reisegruppe um 6 Uhr morgens reiste ab, an Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken. Schade, mit wenig Aufwand könnte man dies beheben.

Wide range of choices for breakfast, hotel very clean - the pool and surrounding area was spotless. We liked Cascais - which was about 25 minutes walk but were not so keen on Estoril

We had a triple room which was small - leaving no space to 'unpack' and no surfaces to put things on. Just about OK for 3 nights but any longer would have been difficult.

After complaining to the staff with regards to the room we were given a new one on the 4th floor (402) which was much better that the previous one.

The initial room that was given to us (130) on the reception level was very old, smelly and noisy since it was right at the beginning of the corridor and close to the stairs and elevators. We could not sleep and rest properly due to the live music that was played on that night in the reception area. The bathroom felt dirty and certainly needed some refurbishment. Brekfast selection very basic with hardly any fresh fruits. Coffee served from the machine was awful.

it was near enough to the train station and the train timetable was very good and was very much to our liking, as we could go to Lisbon as we liked. The town of Estoril was very clean, the beach and the walk along it to Cascais was really nice for walking along and even when I went for awalk on my own I felt very safe. The hotel itself was much to our liking with the room and balcony.

In our hotel room, which happens a lot in Europe, we missed the tea making and the ironing facilities being freely available to us, we had to bring our own, of which we were glad, as the hotel didn't provide beverages after the evening meal!

Location was good, very friendly and helpful staff and able to have evening meal.

Rooms a bit small. Shower very basic.

Rooms were cleaned everyday, and fresh towels were put in. Staff were lovely, and always available to help you with anything. Breakfast buffet was brilliant with a wide range of hot and cold food. Shuttle van available at a reasonable cost to Lisbon Airport.

Can't assess swimming pool area due to inclement weather! It did look good and well cared for. Our room was on the front of the hotel, and we found that the traffic noise woke us up during the night as well as very early in the morning.

Staff were lovely. Supplied us with things like extra pillows and blankets and were very helpful with giving us information about the surrounding area.

Nice rooms and clean. Friendly staff and a very good location.

Very inexpensive off-season deal with large and very variated buffet breakfast included. Staff young, enthusiastic and helpful with good language skills. Good street parking and also near to train station. Beds were solid and comfortable with quality duvets rather than unhygienic blankets. Very clean floors and bathroom. I would go there again without hesitation.

Very little to criticise although walls are a bit thin:- We had a neighbour who started making noise - but a call to reception quickly ended that.

The hotel in general is very nice, I would definitely return there. The price was very attractive, but it was low season. Breakfast was very good and unlimited amounts of food were available.

Internet was just available in common areas, but they had a lot of electric plugs, and it was possible to always find a free one.

The hotel is well located and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay again at this hotel.
