It was a great stay. Me and my husband were in our way to Sintra and enjoyed a lot spensing one day there. Very nice hotel, beautifull and clean pool, nice room, good service, great breakfest and music. |

I complained as I did not think the room was big enough for a triple and the 3rd bed was only a put you up, we were then upgraded to a junior suite which was much better and very fair of the hotel. We were informed on arrival that they were over booked so had to spend the first night in alternative accommodation. As i had booked several months in advance we were rather put out. |

Nice hotel but not much more than that. The location is nice, close to the casino and to the promonade. However the price is a bit high... The staff was not very welcoming and the room not really big. |

Every member of staff was friendly and always willing to give assistance. The exterior appearance of the hotel could be improved as it gives a bad first impression to an otherwise lovely hotel. |

The young staff was extremely helpful and with a modern service attitude. Short walk to the beach and the train station. Nice rooms on the top floor. Nice pool area. One of the older front officers was less flexible and almost a bit similar to the stile of Soviet service mentality in the old days. The unrenovated rooms also had some resemblance to Soviet hotel industry. They should sell these rooms cheaper, maximum EUR 50-60 per day. |

The location is good and is within a short walk of the beach.breakfast was good The Hotel website says the hotel was recently refurbished.but the rooms have not been done as yet.Very basic and on the small side 18-20 M2..very limited wardrobe and storage space.room only suitable for 1\2 night stay. |

The breakfast was ok and the Reception staff were very friendly. Not enough drawer space in the rooms and no litter bin in the bedroom.Didn't realise the hotel was quite so far from the beach and up quite a steep hill. |

There was not enough storage space in the room. Only one small drawer and a single wardrobe with a lot of wasted space with wooden structures which could have been cupboards and drawers. |

Rooms were basic but clean. Bar area was nice with a small terrace, minimalist design. Some of the reception staff were helpful, others not quite so. Pool area quite nice. Close to pleasant promenade for walking to Cascais but road to hotel extemely steep (especially dragging suitcases in 32 degree heat)! |
