There was not enough storage space in the room. Only one small drawer and a single wardrobe with a lot of wasted space with wooden structures which could have been cupboards and drawers. |

The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Welcoming and cheerful bar area. Good location. Good food for Three Star. Lack of storage space in rooms for a stay of longer than a few days. |

Rooms were basic but clean. Bar area was nice with a small terrace, minimalist design. Some of the reception staff were helpful, others not quite so. Pool area quite nice. Close to pleasant promenade for walking to Cascais but road to hotel extemely steep (especially dragging suitcases in 32 degree heat)! |

Great hotel to enjoy the Estoril and Cascais gorgeous beaches and very convenient to get to Lisbon as it is located very close to public transport if you are not driving (only 30min on train). Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money. Overall, we had a very enjoyable 8 nights stay. |

An excellent value for money hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of Cascais which had many more amenities than Estoril but was also within 30 mins of Lisbon on the train. The Buffet breakfast & evening meals were also great value for money. The Reception, Dining Room & Bar staff were very efficient & friendly. |

We found the Hotel to be very mediocre - budget price - very basic package - pretty eagre to forget experience. Hotel Location good for so many activities / exploring - very dissapointing experience.Hotel Location good for so many activities / exploring - very dissapointing experience. Almost everything. The Hotel could not even fulfil basic Shower/No Smoking Room requested on initial booking. - We found the Hotel decor to be very tired - forget "refurbished" and the whole esperience to be very mediocre. Budget price - very basic package - we are pretty eagre to forget experience. No Room Tea/Coffee making facility - not even available on request, offering payment. |

The hotel is well located to explore Lisbon city and other parts of Lisbon. The public transport was excellent and the hotel is well located to explore other parts. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We requested a non smoking room. Although the room had been cleaned adequately, unfortunately the rooms upholstery, curtains etc retain the smell of smoke and we had to keep the door open to reduce the smell. Even after a couple of days, when we left the room for the day and then returned the smell was still lingering. |

At the discounted price the hotel was good value. The included meals were adequate and of reasonable variety for a 3 or 4 night stay; beyond that I feel the sameness of the buffet style meals would be too apparent. The pool & garden area was clean and relaxing. The roadside rooms were noisy from a busy road. Style was a little odd and furnishing and decoration a little tired. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, plenty of choice for the included breakfast and overall was excellent value for money as well as being conveniently placed for access to the many local sights including beaches (one within easy walking distance), Sintra and Lisbon. Beds were hard and pillows small - though I understand this is common in hotels in Portugal. |

Overall very nice hotel with good quality-price ratio. Friendly & service minded personnel, nice view from a lot of rooms. Eather pinewood view or overlooking the village and a streak of sea view. Garden and poolarea is nice. When there's a lot of wind you can lay calm at some pool corners. Breakfast buffet is well cared of. The situation of the hotel is allright. Fresh towels everyday but the grooming of the room is doubtful. On one hand are Washbowl and bath cleaned properly but a lot of hairs from others are left behind. Flip-flops are recommended! Bar-area is very basic and not very cosy |
