The comfort and cleanliness of the room together with the very pleasant and helpfull staff

Everything - it may have been a four star when it was built,but it is now very shabby and requires a definite refurbishment to be allowed to retain the four stars -- the staff also need replacing as they just can't be bothered.

Plenty of parking spaces available. They provide a shuttle service to the beach and to the town area.

This hotel is old and requires a complete renovation. The pool is very small compare with the number of guests staying at the hotel. The rules in the pool are not respected at all, guest will reserve sun beds before going to breakfast although this is not supposed to be allowed. The air conditioning in the room is very poor, I reported mine twice, they improve it but was not cold enough, in the end I gave up!! The televisions in the room are antique, they do not provide a tv channel list, I think because it is luck of the draw if you can mange see a program. The wardrobe has a farm of insets inside. The lights in the bedroom can only be switched on from the side of the bed. The bathroom is so old that there is not shine on the taps, which makes feel older. The shuttle service they provide is only until early evening.

very old, seems to have stopped in time (in the 80s!) in its appearance and staff as well. Food was poor.

good location, clean and tidy rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels.

It could do with a bit more entertainment, children were a bit bored round the pool but water polo and basket ball offered for adults. Bar prices quite steep 1-2 euro's dearer than bars accross the street.

No ironing facility, poor air conditioning, ants in the room, very bad hairdressers, dirty pool, very rude and unhelpful reception staff, poor entertanment in the bar,

Ideal location, good breakfast good staff.

The television was far too small and looked like a cheap portable your mate gave you as a favour. The tv channels were very very very poor only bbc world news was available which for a four star hotel is pretty poor

Quarto enorme. Pequeno-almoço com muita variedade.

Hotel com alguma idade.

Adoramos o serviço de pequeno almoço e os animadores. Obrigado Cristina, Juliana e Jorge. Fomos bem recebidos por todos os funcionários.

A agua da piscina estava muito turva. O serviço de autocarro tem muito que se lhe diga.

Muy bien situado a los lugares de marcha, la playa un poco lejos pero el hotel dispone de bus para acercarte a ella, buena calidad precio y buena limpieza.

Por poner algo, el agua de la piscina estaba muy fría en la epoca en que estamos (julio).

O espaço interior com areas grandes

A limpeza dos quartos e escadas interiores deixa muito a desejar. Os pequenos almoços e jantares são de facto, muito fracos. O hotel tem 4 estrelas e não corresponde em nada!
