Very convenient location, right at the top end of the "Strip". Easy to find location. Restaurant and breakfast were conveient. Room not as updated and clean as expected considering the rating of the hotel. Sometimes noise from Irish Pub could be heard. Poor a/c in the room - we didn't use the blankets. |

I have stayed in this hotel before and would do so again, had a lovely time in Albufeira. No double rooms, only twin and family rooms. Wouldn't wish to pay more for a family room though. |

The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the beautiful beaches. I stayed their 18 years ago and not much has changed in that time. The breakfast is fantastic and our kids tucked into the large selection of buffet every day.The hotel has a lovely ambiance, large lounge/bar, pool bar and spotlessly clean reception area. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. |

Acho excelente terem um mini-autocarro que transporta os hospedes para a praia. No quarto em que estive não tinha frigo-bar, seria uma optima ideia terem nos quartos frigo bar! |

O Estacionamento é bastante bom, a mesma coisa se pode dizer da Piscina. O hotel no plano geral pode-se classificar como Bom |

Jag bodde där i två omgångar. Första natten hade jag ett rum 107 nära Rua dom Joao, och det var ett väldigt oväsen från gatan. Ta med öronproppar. Andra gången fick jag rum 207, "That room is a little bit more quiet". Så de tänker definitivt på gästens bästa. Ganska dålig engelska eller ingen engelska hos personalen, men det gör inget. Det mesta går att lösa ändå. |

Buffet pequeno-almoço diversificado. Simpatia dos funcionários. Bom ambiente para familias com crianças. A piscina é pequena para o nº de quartos.Pouco entertenimento nocturno. |

Limpeza dos quartos e como sempre constatei das muitas vezes que tenho ficado neste hotel a simpatia do pessoal da recepão e dos bagageiros Ao pequeno almoço deveria haver fruta variada e fresca. Só havia laranjas boas, os pessegos e os abacaxi eram mal saborosos e enlatados. Havia uma só máquina para obter água quente para chá. A água fria era servida num jarro sem sabermos a sua proveniencia. As casas de banho necessitam remodelação. A tv está obsoleta. O preço da utilização da internet parece-me caro. |

Do conforto e ambiente prop´icio para se estar em familia com calma e descontração. Penso que poderá existir uma melhor coordenação / logistica na organização das mesas (levantamento e colocação de mesas). Notou-se algum "caos" nos pequenos-almoços, sobretudo. Possivelmente, devido à grande afluencia. Mas este hotel tem que estar preparado para estas situações. |

a organização duma refeição no exterior , junto á piscina e respeciva animação reorganizar urgentemente o serviço de refeições , a liderança da sala é má e o serviço de buffet não tem qualidade. |

foi o avontade com que andei desde à piscina, onde não houve qualquer tipo de inconveniente por terem entrado também os nossos filhos e netos sem estarem hospedados, sem acréscimo de preço, foi a autorização para as netas poderem pernoitar - facilidade que não foi utilizada. o hotel é um hotel antigo mas ainda muito agradável e muito bem situado. |

le service de chambre est impeccable / fait tous les jours le service au restaurant est tres acceuillant beaucoup de bruit au restaurant des qu'il y a un peu de monde menus manques de variétés des que vous restez + de 3 nuits |

Espaço amplo dos quartos, considerei a limpeza de acordo com o necessário, no lado mar há uma boa vista. Tendo em mente ser um hotel de 4 estrelas construído há cerca de 40 anos, é necessária uma modernização urgente do equipamento das casa de banho, alargamento urgente da área de estacionamento, placas de direcção na estrada, resolver o problema de goteiras no átrio do hotel, resolver alguns pormenores nos quartos, como por exemplo apliques de luzes mal colocados na parede com fios de fora,... |
