The hotel is located in the city center at walking distance from shoping area and the castle and the Se. The hotel has a private free parking. The view from the 8th floor restaurant is great. |

It is right in the City centre and all the places (Including the beach) are nearby. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was good with a good number of options.Also not very far from the airport. |

central location ideally situated for visits to all main atractions and for access to public transport.Room was a good size, well furnished and clean. Room cleaning service every day was first class. The breakfast room was a bit of a scrum with too long a wait on some occasions to be offered a table.There are not enough lifts to serve the number of guests. |

It was my third visit with you. I find the location ideal for visiting Lisbon and it's environs, the staff, extremely accomodating and helpful, and the faciloities excellent. I also very much enjoy your breakfasts. |

Location is excellent for city centre and access to public transport. Good service from efficient staff. Varied choice for breakfast in clean, spacious surroundings. Very good value for money. Some street partying kept us awake on our first night. |

We found the hotel staff particularly friendly and helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean and felt it was very efficiently run. Traffic noise at night and difficult to regulate room temperatures via the air conditioning - either very hot or cold. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient to cultural interest spots and to various types of excellent public transportation; the breakfast is a veritable banquet; there is great closet and drawer space; there is plenty of room for two people; the cleaning staff is competent and gracious; the beds are great. The first two nights, there was a problem with the air-conditioning which finally resulted in a room change...and even then it was impossible to regulate the temperature of the room; we weren't sure whether the temperature was controlled centrally or whether we should have been able to set our preferred temperature individually. In any case, the remaining nights were comfortable (a bit too cool, but better than too hot....). |

Location very good. They charge the safe deposit box 2 Euro extra per night. I thought it would be included in a 4 star hotel price. Not that it is that much but it was a bit of a surprise. |

Concierge and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located close to shopping, transport and restaurants. Roof top bar was never open and the service in the roof top restaurant is very bad, the food there however was exceptional. |

My parents stay there regularly when flying out of Lisbon Airport and are very happy with all aspects of the service they receive. They particularly enjoy having a meal in the hotel restaurant. |
