Yes we got stuck in the lift for 10 minutes and it took 5 minutes for any response, we then had to climb out of the lift as it was stuck between floors. managers were not interested in apologising or refunding hotel as they said 'it was a machine'. Eventually on check out that refunded half the price of 1 night |

Clean room. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Good location. Too expensive and rude staff. Their "information" service was not very informative. 10euro for half an hour of internet??? What a joke!! Stay around the corner at a cheaper hotel with breakfast. |

Great value. Big room with nice bathroom and shower. Great breakfast with a fantastic central location. Could not fault it. Was great, especially given the price. |

I liked the location, hotel's bar was nice, service was also ok. Time of waiting for elevator was annoying, view from the window - I had back room so I saw some backyard - but the worst was that I had to keep the blindes closed for all the time as somebody from other rooms could look into my window... One more thing: I've found some hair in bathtub... |

the hotel was great but the noise of the metro shook the room every 2,3 mins we were on the 5 floor kept us awake. the beds are very hard not good for the back at all, food was very good,drinks in bar were very expensive, car park very good a bit tight. |

Great location, good view from the room ( we did ask in advance)... walking distance to the places we wanted to go. Don't be put off by any comments about it having an undesirable street next to it... It's fine and only a couple of meters to the stunning main squares. Interior was dated, but in good condition. |

Excellent location, superbe view from the room to the St George Castle, nice, everything one needs for a long weekend. breakfast is fair also not extraordinary. facilities are all ok and on top of the hotel is one of the restaurants with a breathtaking view over Lisbon (a famous restaurant as one can find it on almost all guides) Not having the ironing possibility and then you have to call the laundry service which is nice but much too expensive (14€ for 4 shirts). |

Great location, helpful staff. There were 8 of us and everyone loved their stay here. Breakfast was great, tram & metro right out the front, easy to get a taxi, walking distance to all Lisbon locations. Front desk staff were helpful and understood English. Rooms cleaned everyday. Would stay again. A kettle in the room for a tea or coffee would be great |
